jessy_girl's junk food jamboree

I swear the stores in NSW used to be called Burger King.

Yes they were at some point, I didn't realise it wasn't nation wide actually. NFI when exactly it became HJs or why, or if this takes place in other parts of the world. Burger King makes more sense I think.

Oh interesting. So wait, they're not the same? Or they were once different but now are the same, although when different they were basically the same?

Not sure. But what I am sure about is this is some tasty ice cream

I lived in Perth years ago and a Sandgroper told me that burger king started there in the early 70's. Not sure though LOL

Wow I just saw these on TV. Not just milkshakes but "cake shakes" modelled of cakes at the cafe. This milkshake trend might be out of hand but no I will happily eat all of these. Well, in theory anyway, I'm not going to Penrith for a milkshake.

have you seen the ones the place in Canberra does?

Drop everything you’re doing and take a minute or two to drool over these out-of-this-world milkshakes.

Yup, they exist IRL. These milkshakes, dubbed “The Freakshow”, are driving dessert lovers mad.

I have. They look amazing. Worth the 2 hour wait and diabetes and heart disease I think. I just can't see me being in Canberra anytime soon, but as soon as I am i'll be there.

There's nothing better than a great cake cafe.

Except a great cake, milkshake and ice-cream cafe, I think I could die happily after a day there.

I'm almost to scared to go down to Canberra to visit my son now ... I'd have to take husband along and I wouldn't want to hear him telling me not to go in there! lol

just looking at that cake gives me a sugar rush!!!
