Agree. They might think that 'any publicity is good publicity' but it ain't true. But it's a gig, when they might not otherwise have one.
 
He earnt some money for his family by going on the show. I think he saw it as a job, and he took it. He was a bit pompous at times but didn't do his image any harm by being a horrible person or a bigot or anything damning of that nature. People blow up little bits of crap from selected footage as being some big deal demonstrating so-an-so's true nature, when it's just footage fed to them by the producers of the show to generate just that reaction of outrage! Which is now predictably happening with Keira...

So long as the heat is off Tziporah, I am happy.

The problem Jay (and maybe Lisa) could have after this show is they both came across as controlling. Doesn't fit well in any part of the entertainment industry, I wouldn't think.[DOUBLEPOST=1487502643][/DOUBLEPOST]

What a goddamn sadsack Steve Price is. He talks to people like the gestapo and then wonders why they jack up. He's so into being OLD that he's forgotten how to be human. He doesn't bring much to the table except conservative views and a high (unwarranted) opinion of himself. He's gonna HATE Carson - hoorah!

This show didn't launch Joel's career that great, they rightly ditched his and Heather's stupid after-show. He has name recognition now, which I guess is what Nazeem was after too.
 
That was quite a nice gesture from Keira. She hasn't been there as long, so wouldn't really need the food as much as the others.

Casey should do an album of acoustic ballads seriously. Her voice is so pretty when she sings softer stuff. Having natural talent must be an amazing thing.

I'm so not a homophobe, an Islamabad phobe. I'm don't give a flying fuck about the color of a persons skin, their religion, the way they dress. I can cope even with One Nation voters even if I strongly disagree.
 
Finished here. Happy enough with Jay going, I think being in there was starting to bring out the worst in him, and he wasn't bringing much to the show anyway. I would love Dane or Tegan to go though, they bring nothing much at all to the show. Tziporah's most likely though if she's been in the bottom three twice and has been getting a quieter edit lately. She rubs me the wrong way sometimes, but she does bring something to the show, the same as Steve and Lisa do. Nazeem hasn't been getting as much airtime since Tom left either. Hopefully that picks back up.

Good show, good outcome.
