I think Lisa and Tom are more alike than they admit. Both headstrong.

Tom is suffering from clash of cultures way more than the previous OS girls.
He is a very american guy, he really does not get many of our aussie ways...i don't think he has any bad intentions, he puts his foot in his mouth but apologises in a very gentlemanly way often.
