Episode I'm A Celebrity! AU (2016) - Episode Discussion

What actually happened re the mirror? I knew she took it to do her brows but missed the rest. Damned work getting in the way.

Jo Beth needs it to put in/take out her contact lenses...and the others have variously been pissed off that it just was not in the spot.

...I personally feel that they are just picking to bits anything that she does just to have a go at her because of Anthony's ongoing disgruntled hissy fit at her to be honest... cheers.

Anthony doesn't seem to be rubbing anyone the wrong way, apart from Laurina and Havana. He's getting along well not just with his "clique" of Jo Beth and Bonnie, but with the blokey blokes Brendan, Shane and The Chief too.
Laurina and Havana on the other hand aren't just annoying Anthony.

I noticed last night that after being paired up, Anthony was being very civil to Havana, but she was still giving him the stank eye.

I am sure Laurina is annoying to live with in this tight setting - but gosh I hate seeing her being ganged up on and talked about in small groups behind her back. I don't think it is doing Jo Beth, in particular, any favours to be acting this way.

I would find Bonnie harder to live with, with all the endless dancing on that bloody board they've brought in this year; or Val earlier, barking out the proper way to do charades. Poor Laurina has slightly off social timing in her speech and likes to pluck her eyebrows (I can relate!), but is a good old stick in so many other ways. I appreciate Shane pointing this out, now and then - or it could turn into a spiteful schoolyard Lord of the Flies scenario, with the entire camp feeling justified in targeting and extruding Laurina from the fold.

Jo Beth is a mother FFS, and she's giving the finger behind Laurina's back, calling her a bitch and basically, what she is doing is bullying. Jo Beth will emerge from the jungle the most hated contestant. Her sugary sweetness is all one big fallacy.

Nothing any of the Celebs this year, including JoBeth, has even come close to bullying. All she is doing is venting her frustration to someone she can trust, which I can relate to. It's better than calling Laurina a bitch to her face, THAT would be bullying. But nobody has done that.

Talking about someone behind their back may not be your cup of tea, but its not bullying.
