She was a judge on Aussie So You Think You Can Dance a few years ago and looks about 5 years younger than she did then thanks to all natural means I'm sure and is the ex-wife (not trading on his name at all) Nigel Lythgoe who is executive producer and judge on American SYTYCD and also producer on American Idol. That's about all I know.
