In Channel 10 forum, the Mods did something to bait us. They were betting between themselves that they could make a forumer react. I was caught in it, lol. I saw the funny side and there were not bad feelings, but not all the caught forumers reacted the way I did.

Nah I think on the podcasts they made it very clear they don't like Estelle.

Hell he's probably now in the camp of the show should all be Friday Night Games every day! Where they all put on shows and act up and play silly for the camera's. Singing and dancing their way into our hearts every night of the week! Vote and like the people that makes him laugh the most!

I honestly don't know how for anyone who can claim to be a big brother purist can be so anti-estelle when she has been the cause of the most entertainment which isn't people performing this season.

Tim, someone has posted a pic of baby huey as Zoe .....any chance of it going up the top ??? would look great with van howsyafather.
It is probably one of the most best pics of a housemate :)

I really don't understand those people.
I don't have any one like them in my life. The people I know reasons things out, don't just attack.

I mean the girl is clearly not yet emotionally mature bordering on a little unstable. Her dramatic, almost bi-polar shifts between having "new best friends" then sobbing uncontrollably after nominations demonstrate this. Her need to 'latch on' to people is as clear as day.

If she won Big Brother it would be teaching her the only way to feel validated in life is to be an attention seeking whore, which she was part-way to becoming in the first place. Winning BB would be a terrible life lesson.

At the risk of being stoned and thrown to the lions, I agree.

I have nothing against her, but the only reason she would win would be pity. She was a "non-event" in the house until everyone started shouting bully and wanting to take her under their wing and punish the evil, manipulative, horrifying housemates. Please.

Yes, another thread for us to tell them why we like Estelle, what we see, and them to attack her and us in return, with abuse.

I don't swear and try to be as positive as I can, but I rarely got that from the Estelle haters.

I have seriously never attacked anyone on here, Estelle fan or otherwise. Only one time I fought back against someone who posted something designed to personally hurt me and they did a fine job.
I am really tired of the generalisations. But I guess that's how you roll.

It's like Estelle with the help of the HMs just created this urban myth.......I think she may win because your no lo0nger fighting agaisnt a block of fans voting, now she's a cause and she's been quite charming lately.
i reckon casual viewers/voters could go for layla & Estelle for a win...they have just been nicer to watch lately
 
She's actually been quite emotionally stable considering. All of the housemates burst into tears at random (Zoe, Sam and Michael just last night) and her interview with Sonia couldn't be any worse than Ava's and Stacey's embarrassing attempts. Estelle's 'weird' and possibly not socially skilled but painting her as some mentally ill Paris Hilton-style drunk whore just to ruffle some feathers around here? Tim you can do better.

I get the Estelle backlash cause she's been the topic of 99% of the show and this forum but the 'us versus them' shit is getting so fucking lame and boring. Can't wait for this season to be over to be honest.

I agree that some people not liking Estelle are arguing without attacking, so it is not generalisation

I'm talking about hating on Estelle fans or making them out to be massive crazies, the fact of the matter is you write a thread about anyone and their fans will come and defend, that's what fans do.

Estelle fans are singled out because it makes posters that dislike Estelle resentful, it's a copout and it's extremely irritating, especially when this thread is yet to have a 'crazy' Estelle poster...just somebody disagreeing with Tim and stating why.
 
I don't like or dislike Estelle - to me she's just the best bet to thwart Benja-mean and Michael's attempts to win.
She talks about a difficult past - and let's face it - her mother looked like she'd lived a bloody hard life. We don't know what Estelle's past is. I think it may have been hidden from viewers because it could tip over the golden (red head) child's chances of winning. OR Estelle hints at a troubled past but is modest and doesn't elaborate. I came from the 'gutter' but then was adopted by a suburban family, nice big brick house, holiday cabin and speedboat. Doesn't change the fact the first 5 years of my life left mental scars that I'm still dealing with. I for one think Estelle HAS had a troubled past - could well be why she comes across a bit schitzo. Just because she owns a horse means nothing, and proves nothing.
