We do know that one girl intruder has to go. It stands to reason that if one leaves, wether it be eviction, death, escape, whatever..then one would stay. So if one decides they want to leave they are effectively guaranteeing the other girl a spot in the house. Their leaving could be seen as a sacrifice to benefit another. Many housemates world wide have walked out, but im sure this is the first time an intruder has walked so the other intruder can stay

Agreed. They would want Boog to stay because of the storyline with Tim. Madaline has no storyline so they probably gave her the choice to stay and risk getting booted anyway, or leave and have BB foot the bill to get those busted bottom teefs fixed.
 
I don't get how Nathan leaving would protect Maddie or Boog from the intruder eviction, any more than if Mikkayla, Jade, Tim or any of the other housemates left? He's a fully fledged housemate now and has the same status as Mikkayla and Jade - non-nominated housemate. Maddie and Boog could sacrifice themselves for each other, and any of the five nominees could try to get their eviction cancelled by walking, thus saving the other four, but how would Nathan be able to sacrifice himself for someone else?

He isn't a fully fledged housemate yet. He was unable to be nominated or nominate.

He is one. He just wasn't one for 7 days on nomination day so he was immune from noms... like the original HMs and latecomers when they entered. :)

Yes, I found that a bit dubious as well. Playing favouritism some what, he sound like he is sucking up to Tahan's boyfriend.

perhaps they didn't know that this had been announced and didn't really understand the implications of what they saw?

However Goon posted that they wouldnt be able to see him for the trees - so this might all be bs tweets? like anything online - who knows?!

I just thought it was more than one person saying it so worth capturing to share here so we could talk about it back and forth ...

there was another tweet claiming to have a photo of Drew at a gas station in Melbourne doing something to his car ... but that seemed extremely unlikely ... since at 1.30 he's in the last update ... to decide to excite, convince producers thats what he wants to do, be allowed to leave GC and pop up in Melbourne all in same afternoon ... plus photo was very unclear - could have been anyone with similar ponytail / greasy hair ...

Thank you!!! I was just about to ask how close this so-called train gets to the carpark, because I reckon I would struggle to recognize my own husband in a carpark whilst on a train from 20metres let alone 600m.

And your other theory with the girl chosen to stay by the public decides to leave because the HMs prefer the other is also feasible.

If people start tweeting rumours after the official announcement but not before hand it's usually bs But it's still fun to speculate.
