Probably because that's how she is and just because someone is prissy and confident doesn't mean they are shitty people.

Well most people who are up themselves are, prissy no.. My point is she isn't as stuck up as she came across on the first night when she was all done up - she's just girly and dramatic. Not so much "prim & proper" with no substance. She's shown a more down-to-earth side to her.
 
She's just a typical Territory kid who likes to do the 'girly girl' thing when she can. The fact that she is just so beautiful is icing on the cake, really.

So impressed we have someone in there who can (and will) do the Territory proud, unlike shame job TJ. We really aren't all psychos up here, you know. ;)

My daughter tells me that Tahan is very very smart, kind, friendly and is a beautiful person inside and out. My girl is a pretty good judge of character and I'm more than happy to go with that :)

That's exactly what I like about her too. How refreshing to see a hm admit to us that they are "playing the game". I loved Dan all those years ago for it too, but at that time it wasn't as acceptable to the audience as it is now I think.
 
There's something about her that I just really don't like! She made a pretty bad impression on me when she broke the rules on the first night, and ever since there just isn't anything redeeming about her. I feel like she's putting on a bit of a drama-queen act.
I do appreciate that she's openly playing the game, but I hope she goes soon.

I immediately liked her for that first night. We need rebels and feisty people or what's the point.
And I love that the girls appears to be going to tackle BB like Survivor - don't know if that can work but she's thinking about final 3, final 2, who she can beat, alliances.
Awesome, go girl.

They can be fiesty and rebellious without blatantly disregarding the major rules of the game. It just came across to me as arrogant/overly attention seeking.
 
Uh oh, looks like the newfound admiration some people grew to have for Tahan may be fleeting. Apparently shes not getting along too well with the sisters, with them even crying over how mean she is to them. Sucks because she had been doing quite well with winning over people but I think after that airs shes going back to "villain" status with the general audience, I thought there was potential for her to go at least to mid way but thinking more along the lines of another Darwin girl TJ, out a lot sooner...

Still I'd rather her there than those sisters, they are extremely bland and beige. But the family friendly audience wont be having none of that haha.
 
Hmmm. I really had been developing.some respect for her but being bitchy and gossiping all the time simply because you don't completely trust someone (or a couple of 'someones' as the case may be) is not a good look. I'm not a fan of her apparent obsession with "the game"..good luck to her though. I think she's gonna need it.
 
faced it..if tahan was fat, had pimples but still had the same personailty..then she wouldnt be as liked as she is now.

I was so happy we were finally getting an Aboriginal person in the house...and she is what we got. What a let down
 
Don't get sucked in by gossip - half house are gunning for tahan and Mikki, they are all nominating those 2 except maybe Drew.
We haven't seen Tahan do anything bitchy have we? Just that she's suss on the bleachheads - so am I.
Don't condemn her yet.
Half people are just bitching because Tahan has taken over 'their' house. Rather sly how they are trying to break up the Tahan/Mikki friendship too.
 
It really is amazing how quickly 'cool kids' revert to type isn't it? Cutting off those they think are inferior, bad mouthing the competition, swanning about like some sort of god etc etc
