I wasn't too sure, but I guess they are stockist of certain products so they would too
My beautician like my hair dresser knows I am not interested in their products so they don't push.

My previous beautician was like a drug pusher when it came to their line of skincare. I tried it and let's just say - it was no 8 ball of Coke that's fo sho.

Be careful babe.

In my opinion you are a bit young to tinker.

You only really need it was things start to droop and deplump.

I have seen many a young face look prematurely old due to unnecessary filler and lip plumping. Just look at Skye from BB and that little Kardashian girl. They would easily pass for 30.

Fillers and Botox are for your 30's and onwards. At your age invest your money in good skin care and make up.

I have a bad feeling this may be me, or will be soon. I do not go overboard at all but I started at 25 and have really amped it up now in my late twenties. I think it's fairly subtle but I am surrounded be either enablers or haterzzz so ill never get a straight answer.

I would just take your money in exchange for throwaway flattery too.

Yeah so it has an e-ink screen like the other kindles so it's easier on the eyes than a phone or tablet, but it has a backlight. The battery isn't quite as awesome as the regular kindle but mine can go a few weeks before needing a charge.

Oh interesting. My kindle has seen better days but while it still works I can't totally justify a new one - that could be money spent on injectables lol. Let's hope it breaks soon!

I totally understand that. I still buy real (physical) books. And as I have explained I very stupidly MISUNDERSTOOD THE WHOLE POST. SORRY!!!!!
no need to apologise - I was just piping up saying some people just really love the feel, smell and weight of the read deal ... even the turn of the page ...
but once I got my ereader I was hooked on the advantage of NOT having to store my books - there's only space for so many books in a house ... and I tend to read a book in a couple of days ...or nights ... I think I read Silence of the Lambs in one sitting because I kept hoping I'd reach a "good place" to be able to put it down without fear of nightmares ...(husband was off trekking in Nepal at the time and I was home alone!) (I know I'm coming across as a real wuss today lol ...
I started lending my books out and telling people to pass it on to a friend when you're done because I don't want it back ...

I got a call from a friend who I'd lent a few books to once and she said "I found $50 inside one of your books - you better come over and get it!" During school holidays when the boys were old enough to be at home whilst I was at work I used to stash $50 somewhere in case they got invited to go somewhere with friends and needed money for entrance to zoo or movies etc .. and I must have forgotten I'd put it there!)

Gotta love "found" money :) I especially love the first time I put a winter jacket on and might find $20 in the pocket :) Not that it buys much but its still nice to have some that I wasn't expecting :)

If ever you want honest, screen shot your face to me or Muntz.

It can easily suck you in to dysmorphia. Subtle is good, and less is always best.

My injector loves the fact I know there is no miracle cure for my face. I was a very plain girl who has grown into a very plain woman. I do my best with what I have, and let my personality do the rest.

I remember my stupid partner giving me a backhanded compliment a few weeks after he met me, he said "you know, you get prettier every time I see you.." I actually don't, my personality just kicked in.

Add this to both the adversity and vomit inducing files.

That's where you are wrong. An iPad makes life better!

Ha!
well you don't know what you don't have ... and since I can access internet and forum via phone I haven't been able to justify spending that amount of money on an ipad only for the ability to facetime with mum

I'm on computer most of the day at office and spend enough time checking mail, messages and forum on phone without having ipad tempting me ... and I've had an ereader for years now and carry it with me everywhere

I'll have to bite the bullet at some point and buy a tablet of some sort I guess ... my laptop is threatening to totally die on me - its giving its best impersonation of being on its last legs but still stumbling along if we're patient with it ... and I think a tablet would be the way to go for me ...

there's always something better to spend my money on I guess until its 100% necessary

does the ipad cook meals for you?
does it do the laundry and ironing for you?
does it free up time from the boring household stuff for you so you truly have leisure time?

cos really I'm thinking its just another time sucker and I have enough of those ... what I need is a maid! lol

Something tells me you wouldn't hesitate to tell me I was the love child of Michael Jackson and Nicole Kidman. It's good you are realistic, I try to be but I am probably never satisfied which is partly why I haven't done anything too permanent yet. Like my teeth, I am desperate to fix them and I've had invaslign twice and whitening etc but I'm still not satisfied and have been quoted $20k to maybe reach my goal. that's a crapload of money for something I'll probably still be dissatisfied with. Even if it's my magic cure that's so much $$$

Pretty sure my personality let's me down haha. I don't think I'm ugly on the inside, but probably pretty plain.

I couldn't live without my tablet lol. The phone is just too small and annoying to look things up on. I don't have a laptop and the PC is in another room so definitely when watching tv and being on the forums it's a must! I guess in this day and age I'm just used to getting information the minute I require it.

As far as ereaders go, mostly I prefer an actual book. Paperback is my preference complete with dog-eared pages. I have some on the tablet too but it's just not as comfortable or the most satisfying way of reading them to me. I go through 2-3 books a month and since the bookcase is full I'm always throwing them out. While I can understand the value for money of ereaders, I still like books.

iPads don't cook or clean. They are however a bit more streamlined and portable than a normal computer - for lightweight computery type stuff. (Light computing: Mail, Google, BBB, iview, The Age, etc). Would not - I assume - however replace full time real maid. (Can you even get a 'maid' in this day and age?)

not sure but would seriously love one! but guessing if I can't find the $ for the tablet/ipad in my list of "wants/needs" I'm not going to be affording to pay for a maid

I DID suggest when building Chez Crimmy that we skip the kitchen altogether and use the money saved to install delivery window for takeaways ... however didn't fly with the husband ... silly silly man!

You are far from plain looking. Don't sell yourself short.
