How many dogs do you have hooly?Time Outs are the KeyOh, and a big Growl - I use a deep BARRRRRRR - at the same time
Then, in the future you can warn through the growl to stop and if it doesn't - timeouts ............ Seems to work around here!

Just one - but two owners here - which we both seem to deal with past bad ways differently!
I really know jack shit about dogs - but the timeout and making a noise that was more related to a dog noise worked here, for me and still does after 3.5 years

My arms are covered in scars, from my puppy when she had her sharp baby teeth. The method I mentioned worked for me, after many painful encounters.
Do you have dogs @shadow2 ? Got any advice for little terrorist puppies?

Columbo
Never again
I think it is far away for humankind to think about settling there. Which is a relief! Stuffing up one planet is surely enough!
If the technology catches up with the ambition then we might see something. Still, amazing to think how much technology has advanced to help the human race in the last hundred years. What a time we live in. Crazy.

Haha no advice, I have one dog, a beautiful big baby. A great guard dog, will scare strangers, but a big marshmallow. If someone said to me 3 years ago I would become a dog lover, I would of laughed at them. I love my girl as much as my son!Just one - but two owners here - which we both seem to deal with past bad ways differently!

Yes, I remember now - your girl had problems with her Pancreas - is that all sorted now?
Just have to watch the fatty stuff - No leftovers etc
What is her name?
I share the same about being a dog lover - my first, and I am so sucked in!
Although, mine is still such a bitch towards me - it is an ongoing love/hate relationship (controlled by my feeding) LOL
I jest here

awesome - sprinkling around - is just that

Thank you my darling!Yeah I would of thought pain, but I think it is all of them really. Oh halo is great for nausea, and also for anxiety etc. Yeah actually come to think of it, yes Nausea would be up there with the pain. Automatic all the way. We use to have other pumps, and u could manually prime it, but the nikki pumps are good to do it auto. You should really consider Palliative care, I think you would be great at it.![]()
How is this for ridick, Qld Health Sunshine Coloola's policy and procedure is to manually prime!
Regarding nausea the speaker said it is the most overlooked symptom re palliative because we are so focused on controlling pain, position and poo. So I guess it is a good question to add when patient rounding, are you nauseous? I seriously had no idea hali can be used for nausea!
I will do a stint in palliative. I have nursed a couple on the ward but missed the actual death. I am anal about mouth cares. I hate a dry mouth!!!
