What is sunlight soap? it it like the blonde/silver/purple shampoos that get rid of the brassy ness?

Cedel is fairly crap and ineffectual from my experience.

Lol. Thanks for the edumacation. I will give it a go only washing every other day and conditioning. I doubt conditioning can stop the boof. It's pretty thick. But I'm happy to try.

Get your hair thinned when you get it cut. My hairdresser thins my hair regularly and it makes it easier to wear. I have thick, fairly fine, mostly straight, medium brown but going grey, dry hair. I wash it almost every day as I am a sweater when I exercise or walk to work. I also have a blue streak on one side and when that's freshly dyed I wash my hair every second or third day. Oh and going grey changes the feel and texture of your hair so it doesn't feel as soft and smooth.

I LOVED that cap except when the plucking was around my hair line. Always made me sneeze.
