Wow. I feel so old now. I feel like Penny watching 500 days of summer and crying because I'm 30 and worried that I will never find love. :cry: :laugh:

Seriously that scene with Penny made me cry though (no joke). I 100% relate to that feeling. I cry with movie themes like that one all the time!

Oh that does make me laugh thinking of @Lucas as a 14 year old.

I do get you with the age thing, I tend to feel that I turned 23 and then simply stopped, it's weird seeing all of my friends getting older when I'm not.

I love Penny too and yes she was so sweet during that. She is just sweet all over.

I actually don't think I know anyone's real ages now that I think about it. Well, I know a few, but yeah, I think I just think everyone who "seems older than me" to be 25, and then of course you have real oldies like @Trala ( :roflmao::D ), but generally speaking I just think everyone is my age. Except for @Lucas, of course, who I thought had just started primary school.

Perhaps I need to be a bit more "heartless" so I don't get hurt? You guys probably think I sound ridiculous saying this at 23 but I think I have given up on love. I'm trying to accept that it's me myself and I. This is my life. I should deal with it and focus on other things.

I got teary eyed with her eviction interview as well. I could see how overwhelmed and anxiety ridden she was. AWW! Bless her. :cry:

Yeah I don't give it much thought either to be honest, people are other around my age, waaaay older, or younger. But most are the former unless I give it actual thought.

It's not ridiculous to want to focus on yourself. I think I've said it before in here but love really isn't something you need to aspire to. Besides, love can be messy, and it can suck, and it can hurt for a really long time (*cough* not bitter, not bitter, not bitter...) and if you're not prepared for that, then like... yeah, there's no point.
