I believe judgments can come in both positive and negative forms, and sometimes I think voicing a critical, disparaging or scathing judgement or opinion is appropriate. In reflection, some of the harshest judgments I have personally received in life, have inspired the most personal growth.

I am super judgmental, and while I am open to changing my judgement or view, I usually have one... on just about everything! Just ask me! Ha!

Oh god, I forgot football was on tonite. Least it's the finals. IVE BEEN SO TIRED it's so odd lol. Mum has to go back into surgery tomorrow, one of her bolts is too too close to a nerve then what they'd like. (for people who are interested) but apart from that she's recovering really well.
