The THIGHS.

How are you feeling today? Hope you are OK. Not sure what state you are in, but i'm pretty sure there is one for every state - Call the health line, you get to talk to a RN and then if needed they can put you through to talk to a Dr. I've done this a couple of times for myself & the kids. It's great in the middle of the night if you aren't sure if it's anything that's best seen to ASAP or something that can wait til the morning.

Thanks for the concern! I felt fine today overall, more normal than yesterday that's for sure. Yeah, that nurse on call, we have a fridge magnet, don't know why I never thought of that!

Also, @Miiiiike, @jessy_girl, what is this Frank stuff you are all going gaga over? You have me intrigued.

It's an AWESOME body scrub that claims to target cellulite, stretch marks, eczema and acne among other things, but mostly it just gives you the smoothest and softest skin ever. Like, ridiculously so that it is impossible to not touch.

Mr Mutely is also a convert but he is too bust gallivanting around Bali to vouch for it, but I will just doubly do so on his behalf. It's so good!

OMG this stuff looks amazing, I'd totally go for the coconut one! Really shouldn't be spending that kind of money on body scrub, but I think my lack of self control will strike again....

In all seriousness I need help with finding something to help tighten my skin, any suggestions?

Laser is probably your best option here. There are creams but they are mostly cosmetic versus actually being therapeutic. Obviously it depends enormously on many factors as to what is best, but a series of co2 laser treatments is a pretty good non surgical alternative to a facelift. Just be patient as it is gradual.

Another option is thermage, which seems generally pretty effective, you just need one treatment which is good but the results aren't instant and so sometimes it can feel like it's not working. But again, be patient.

Both of these are completely non-invasive which is a plus.

Ohhh thanks, I have recently lost over 40kg, so while my skin isnt that bad, I still want to help with the 'firming up' process. Saving my pennies for laser by the sounds of it.

It's so good, coconut is my favourite I think, I'm waiting on mine to arrive any day now. You do get multiple uses from each packet. Not to be too much of an enabler, but I totally think you should get it...

Well done on the weight loss! That's such a great effort. In that case, yes definitely go laser. Thermage is more for anti-aging anyway, but laser is awesome for the whole body and can target specific areas.

You, an enabler, never :p Yeah, I don't think I can resist...the thought of that silky soft skin, haha, then I'll just need to find myself some babe to stroke it...
