I had one this morning, and then one now. I didn't feel bad all day, but the one before was pretty bad, it didn't last long but was really heavy. I had some orange juice and I feel better now, but I am going to monitor it, if I have another one I'll head in. Nope, no-one is around at the moment, at least no-one who lives close to me. But I live within walking distance of a hospital, so it should be fine.

How are you feeling today? Hope you are OK. Not sure what state you are in, but i'm pretty sure there is one for every state - Call the health line, you get to talk to a RN and then if needed they can put you through to talk to a Dr. I've done this a couple of times for myself & the kids. It's great in the middle of the night if you aren't sure if it's anything that's best seen to ASAP or something that can wait til the morning.
