Muppy gave me a nice little cup of perspective and with a new day comes a fresh breath.

I am going to take my experience of yesterday and help them guide me in my nursing techniques today.

I need to take that breath and realise confidence in nursing is built and it is built by laying one brick at a time. I am very lucky to work in a place that offers endless support and kindness, from the top down. I even had the DON come and give me some kind and encouraging words welcoming me to the team.

I think I was just overwhelmed at exactly how much I don't know. Thankfully I am surrounded by people who do know what to do and are happy to guide me. It is even more reassuring to know that I have you Muppy, my very own cyber mentor and RN advisor.

Got a day off today then I am on for five days. After weeks off work I will officially have worked 7 out of the last 8 days, ending on Australia day! Then I am going to enjoy dropping back to a .6 and a .2 doing social support for the aged.

Haha Im sorry BonBon but the internet has some very dark and murky corners, I explored them today, and had to share with my slappers!!

Meh, not so grand...got abused by a customer but sorted that out. Got a new iphone5, have to set that up but will prob palm it off on #2 to do it for me. I figure all that washing & ironing I do for him ought to be worth something.
I have work to do tonight as usual so will pop in and out of here in search of entertainment.

Going bit better thanks Topaz :D had some juice, I have brought 4 hats, a jacket and some boots, now looking at scarves, Im doing some OS sites who are having sales for winter wardrobe :) How has your day been?
 
Customers are always right.... so they say, ouff I don't know about that saying, I think a customer made that up!

#2 will not only be happy to help but I bet he will be eying it off too, you may need to hold some of his clothing for ransom.

We will try and add some entertainment during the night for you, any preference??????
