Haha, poached would be more salubrious, but over easy are the next best thing. No, an egg in an eggcup would be.Easy over eggs are not exactly saluuuuubrious though, are they..?
(Just kidding hooley)

Yay!We can motivate each other. I've realised recently that it's not necessary to try to reach twenty thousand steps a day. Someone in the health industry advised that I could cut down to ten, or even somewhere between five-ten, and still have the same or better results, as long as I add some resistance training in somewhere. So I've been doing about 7000 on a walk, plus half an hour on the exercise bike, two reps of weights, and some faffing around with a resistance band. It's a LOT easier than one 15-20 thousand step walk, especially in the cold weather.
Do you have a resistance band Trala? Mine's just a big blue piece of flubber, but I hook it around something even while watching tv, to give my arms or legs a mild workout. I have lower back pain and it helps with that too.
Good Moanin OT thread!
Well that rain tested us yesterday! My partner was madly letting water out of the pool at 6pm last night due to it lapping onto the deck! I think it is safe to say we lost all our grass seed. Thankfully we only lost a corner of our newly laid mulch. On the upside, our newly planted plants got a good water.
My partner went back to work today. Me on the other hand, I still have 2 delicious weeks off.
We really did! It rained solidly all day. No real damage outside a bit of mulch loss. Mooloolaba looks like a war zone. Looks like it hit Goonawarra Dr.Ohhh I saw you guys got a battering

Sorry noobI don't know what any of that means, but Im glad you guys got away with minor damage
Haha I can't even eat sunny side up.
Well cooked eggs for meunless they are raw and blended into a smoothie.
Also @crimmy is that a stone done pan? Worth it?
I'd never heard of them so wasn't sure what Bleachy was meaning by stonedone ... it really annoys me though when I google them and info page comes up but no price anywhere (except for the RRP of the one pan they'll give you if you order a set of 8 !) Makes me think back to the encyclopedia person we couldn't get rid off - who'd conned their way into our lives in the first place with talk of how we would like to get involved with our local community ... then it turns out she's just trying to sell us encyclopedias!! We got really blunt with the NO NO NO NO NOT INTERESTED NO ... when she finally DID get the message she couldn't leave fast enough and when we asked "So how much do they cost anyway!" she started running!!! grrrrrrrSomeone gifted me a full stonedine set and it's so good!! I turn into an infomercial every time I use it though. Miiiiike had one that suddenly stopped its efficacy one day so I live in fear!

Hey Jess can you put the stonedone in the oven?
I am looking for a frypan I can put in the oven.from stonedine website
Can I put the cookware in the oven?
Yes, up to 180ºC/356ºF, but only for short periods [for example, to “finish off” a frittata under the grill]. Make sure handles are covered with tinfoil, shiny side out.
