I guess worst case scenario I screw it up so badly and I have to go to the hairdresser anyway, I may get the courage to try this. Yeah that $400 bill was awful, pretty sure it'd be classed as daylight robbery without any hyperbole. It was a basic haircut, a treatment and (I think) half a head of foils, although usually I just get the t-zone thingy but surely that didn't cost that much. A lot of hairdresser treatments are a bit of a bang up anyway from what I can gather.

No, it certainly doesn't.

I work with quite a few Asian nurses who are faced with racist terms everyday. I can tell you fo 100% sho, being referred to as a "chonga" would be upsetting to the nurses I know.

If that is in fact how "everyone" in your town talks, you need to try and be the change this country needs to see.

Try reading a newspaper. Given the racial disharmony in Europe at the moment you really should be aware of what's going on in the world around you.

Coops is a good egg, and a great mother. I know she would be mortified at the thought of hurting someone's feelings. But racism on a public forum should never be tolerated, that is the bottom line.

Thank you so much for moving on from 'barely tolerate'. I was happy to concede it just so you could find a new phrase of the year. I'm your personal lesson in value judgments and how applying your goals doesn't in any way predict my actions :).

Just one of the new era of celebrities who found 'fame' on social media. You might like him actually, but his schtick is definitely not anything intellectual.
