Sydney weather is depressing today... Looks like my kids wish came true and it's family painting day... Meaning their dad flinging paint at me and the boys joining in will be their highlight of the day.

I normally use a bunch of paper that has been taped with masking tape to make one huge paper for them to paint with. I have seen those big rolls of paper, I just wish I knew from where
I buy one of these every few years. I go into the local newspaper printer ( the place that does the freebie ones are good) and ask for an "end roll". The last one cost me $8 around Easter time and you get metres and metres and metres of the stuff.

That's so cheap! I'm too lazy to go out and look for it because I won't know where to begin so I'm so glad I can get it online, but I do know of a few printing places around me and they are close by so I will go check them out and see before getting the online one.

Thanks for that

Are the glazed pots for inside or out?
Asking because we (ok well green-thumbed husband) repotted a gardenia that sits next to front door on our front verandah into a black glazed pot ... and it gets a funny fuzzy coating on the glaze that has to regularly be wiped of ... i much preferred the old terracotta pot it was in but it was too big and heavy - but had no issue with it developing this coating on it ... think it sweats through and builds up
Outside on the veranda.

They look pretty fab too

I have a few glazed pots, and so far I haven't had a problem. I have three beautiful ferns in my bathroom. They look breathtaking against the white of the tile. I love growing things from cuttings. Watching the process of the plant striking, to growing its own root system is hugely satisfying to me.

I even have a plant nursing home beneath a row of Lilly Pilly's at the side of my house which is a resting ground for plants I am not using in my home.

I have live greenery everywhere in my home.

Pretty much everyone on this forum has had me laughing out loud (in the good way) before. Some more so than others obviously but in general I have a lot of laughs here...hence hanging around all this time.
Not to mention your own humour, esp. Bachelor and Bachelorette. We need another reality show for group addiction. ;)
