Is anyone here an itunes expert?
Since I installed itunes about a week ago, I'm finding I can't access my ipod or phone through my computer like I used to. Ipod opens in itunes, but I can't open a Windows folder to add or remove files like I used to. Phone does nothing, won't open in itunes or on the computer.

I hate apple. Ever since my primary school days in the 90s I've had a very low opinion of anything related to apple because of these computers that were in my classrooms:

To me;

Apple = the Atari of the pc world.
