I don't think they're gonna become a must have item! Just silly. What is even the point?! Just maybe stick some duct tape in three strategic places. And... kind of asymmetrically because that would be more edgy.
 
Pasty and Eddie's debauched and farcical frolics are not unlike Cleaver Greene's (Rake) in some respects. From Bollinger to garbage barge lol

Ja... but Rake also has a serious side. And he can DO stuff! Whereas those two....

I rather like Rake. I think it's very well put together. I got someone over here addicted to it also (American). Then we had to watch the last episodes at an accelerated pace before it expired. That got a bit full on.
 
Yeah. I have to admit I kind of overdosed on this last series. I was feeling homesick and Rake was one of programs I knew on iview plus I watched it with the aforementioned friend here too so I have now seen each episode in series four about three times each. Definitely toooooo much.

I think it's very well crafted though. Great script. Great cast.

What else is good at the moment? What is everyone watching?
 
Right now at 0050, I'm watching the NRL Footy Show. Not much else now that Le Tour is over. QI is coming up at 0100 which I love.
The Bachelor started tonight but I missed it as I wasn't home. I suppose at some stage it will be repeated. Night shift viewing is stupendous, lol. RHONJ should be at some stage this week for my night shift fix. I don't bother with a lot of viewing as I can't commit being a shift worker. The tv is on more for background sound. Shift work is the theme.
 
Ah yes, forgot your shift working existence. You are not the right person to get recommendations from! I have never watched RHO...A. I think it would drive me nuts... I did discover another series of Scott and Bailey in iview. So that will keep me going. But anyone (else!) with suggestions.... I have to watch on catchup tv via my sneaky iPad VPN system so I can't watch Anything live.

I used to work at Coles Scarbough here in Perth in 1986 (2IC of the fruit and veg dept!! wow!..) and met Elton John when he went fruit and veg shopping...

The 'Absolutely Fabulous' movie is finally about to hit the glittering sliver screen worldwide soon, and in preparation the production is ramping up the promo machine.
What does this mean? Oh, you know: Interviews. Trailers. TV spots. Posters. That sort of thing.
Oh yeah! And an Australian premiere in Melbourne where Patsy and Eddy will walk the dang red carpet!
You heard us right, Joanna Lumley and Jennifer Saunders are headed our way to help launch the film, which hits Australian screens on August 4th.
Ahead of that date, the two will be strutting their respective stuff at the Australian premiere on August 2nd at Village Crown.
The hotly anticipated film is the first appearance of the super beloved characters since the show's 20th anniversary specials back in 2012, and features cameos from a raft of current who's-who types including Kate Moss, Rebel Wilson, Emma Bunton, Stella McCartney, Harry Styles, Jean Paul Gaultier, Jon Hamm, Cara Delevingne, Dawn French, Graham Norton, Perez Hilton, Tinie Tempah, Dame Edna Everage, and La Roux, among many, many, (seriously) many others.
The visit to Melbourne will likely be a flying one, as the media trail, it stops for no one.

Newtown Vinnies window display a few weeks ago. They recreated the outfits in the poster with their stock. They did a pretty good job. :D
