It was kxk's post that reminded me of that particular news article, when I looked at the face I thought it too looked similar to the Korean faces.... as you said same same but different

...wynter... eliza... I'm not really sure what's wrong with me having said that... it wasn't intended to be racist or anything... the way I meant that to read was that I could imagine either story being written in either country or any other country for that matter... or have I missed a point somewhere?... all I had done was referenced the wrong country in my original post and was pointing out that I had now realised that... now I am confused... please feel free to un-confuse me... I'm bewildered by what you both mean?... cheers.

In this article it states that the woman had her surgery in South Korea....
This would explain why she does look similar to the Koren faces of kxk's post up above, if in fact they are all Koren girls!
