To be more accurate - most men are either totally or partially colour blind.
Those that can see ANY colours would likely bunch the whole 1st half as red or orange, and the lower section is all green to them.
They simply aren't as finally tuned.

I can certainly see the whole spectrum of colours in that chart, and I don't think it's that uncommon.
I don't think any man would go "Ooh look at the delightful shade of gillyflower on your hat", and frankly I doubt many women would either, "pink" would be fine.
I'd have to agree with mutleyP most men are not colour blind google away and you'll find it's about 7/8% of the male population and about .4% of females.
