Not a fan of all black but absolutely loving Lucy Liu's outfit.
@Connoisseur fashion victim, go for style baby, fashion is folly
So, we can decide - vote on Ms Universe Aus costume, or not
Oh dear, so cheap and not cheerful
Very low budget swimsuit with cardboard cut-out back attachment, and shower curtain.
Should you wish to vote -

Cheap bastards, we have oscar winning costume designers you know? they might even do it for free.
They have selected the winner.
Great break for the young designer.
Terrific her father assisted with the making of the beading too.
Hope the wings break in transit and she can't wear them for the big night.
Easy does it: Miss Universe Australia Tegan Martin parades the winning gown's giant wings - held up with aluminium tubing - which are harnessed to her shoulders using Velcro, in Sydney on Monday
Proud: Newcastle-born Tegan says it's an honour to parade the heavily beaded costume in honour of Australia's first people
Unveiled on Monday at Sydney's Doltone House, Miss Martin gingerly paraded the costume she will wear to represent Australia at The Miss Universe Final in Miami on January 25.
Strapped onto her shoulders using Velcro, she appeared to effortlessly balance the colourful wings as she strutted the catwalk.
However, she later conceded it was an effort to walk in the gown, saying: 'It is a little elaborate and I did have to walk five metres behind the other girls to give myself enough space on the catwalk.'
The winning affair is the work of Melbourne designer Caitlin Holstock, 22, and was chosen by a public vote in a competition run by Elucent Skincare.

Don't knock it! Designer Caitlin Holstock (L) and Tegan bond backstage at the unveiling on Monday
Bursting with pride: Winning designer Caitlin Holstock dreams of working with top designers
The Dreamtime-inspired gown, complete with heavy clay and terracotta beading, took two weeks to create with the expertise of Ms Holstock's glass fibre expert father, Bryce.
She explained: 'Dad specialises in glass fibre and helped weld the arched aluminium frame that keeps the sunset upright. I'm so chuffed that my dress is going to be on the world stage in January. 'It's a dream come true.'

I am going to enter that dress Ms Aus next year - I know i could do better than that hideous thing.
Is the bottom half a representation about the stupid people who think daylight savings fade the curtains?
Really ugly curtains, with a milk bar flyscreen in front, that also reminds me of tarantulas.
Lisa did remind me a bit of Sharon Stone

Yeah @pecan that stuff gives me headaches
I just discovered......
Discovered hair chalk works on my dark hair........thought it was just for blondes, and it is fun, and Aldi has it real cheap
Good on bits of grey too.
I am very bored with my hair, considering doing something radical, platinum blonde & short
And OM, my favourite thread had been neglected and fallen off front page - egads
(I realised something about my design obsession the other day looking at pics of Mum.
Both my parents worked in fashion, Mum designed & made, Dad was a fashion controller - for Myers, then own shops, then a fashion importer - but I never thought of them that way, strange)

She just has that "entitled Hollywood princess" look... I bet she's going to be hell to deal with once she grows up.

Legendary fashion designer Oscar de la Renta has died at the age of 82,ABC reports. He had been battling cancer since 2006.
De la Renta designed the now very famous wedding dress George Clooney's bride Amal Alamuddin wore for their Venice nuptials in late September. However, she's just one of many very famous, high profile women to have worn his beautiful clothes. A favorite of first ladies, de la Renta was a go-to designer for Nancy Reagen, Laura Bush, and Hillary Clinton, who charmingly presented him with the founders award at the annual CFDA Awards (aka the Oscars of fashion) in 2013. Michelle Obama recently wore one of his looks.
The Dominican Republic-born designer will also be remembered by many as creator of the gorgeous ball gown Aleksandr Petrovsky gifts to Carrie Bradshaw as a key plot point in an episode of Sex and the City. Still others will remember his quotes, which were as delightful to hear as his dresses were to look at. Such as: "You have to walk like you have three men walking behind you."
He studied design under the tutelage of greats like Cristóbal Balenciaga in Spain, and Antonio Castillo in Paris for the house of Lanvin. His New York-based label is known for its Parisian and Latin influences. His patrons included Sarah Jessia Parker, Lea Michele, Emma Watson, and countless others.
