Any fashionista's about??? I need advice on some boots.
Anyone bought anything from Senso? I have these boots on hold, price $199 reduced from $459.99. Comfy and look great, black real knee high, properly over the knee cap, curved, with a buckle and a sock thing so they fit snuggly.
I wasn't looking for boots but these are a bargain. Not a brand I'm familiar with, anyone???I saw a woman in the city wearing them and she looked so good in them.

Buy them. I'm no fashionista, a long long way from it - but boots work. Boots always work.

Buy them and post a pic. Boots - especially proper high boots - are fantastic.

LOL, your right. But I really, really need some ankle boots 1st. I am going to buy them though, as still browsing for ankle boots I have compared tons of long boots - and these shit all over anything under $500 out there.
And I am very picky about boots, thus why it's taking so long to find the ankle ones.
Wow there are some real bargains out there in the sales.

I have some awesome grey 'suede look' ankle boots with silver studs. They cost $12 from Kmart
I've even been complimented on them. I'd love to spend more money but I also love the fact I can trash these (or be over them by next season) and not care. Such a cheapskate sometimes hehe

I love boots!
I do however prefer a knee high to an ankle, I prefer suede over leather and I prefer just below the knee rather than on. The only boots I loath is a thigh high or too high over the knee.
I am currently on the look out for a blue pair of suede boots, but thanks to Shell I just changed my mind. A light grey would be far more wear friendly.
I am not sure if any of you watch Offspring, but those blue boots Nina wears are simply glorious!

I tend to buy my boots based on comfort and love factor, rather than focus on the price. Four years ago I bought two pairs of suede knee high boots, they are the identical style of boots but in different colours. At the time I felt I probably paid too much, but I just HAD to have them. Given the fact since buying them they are my staple foot wear through out Winter, in hindsight it was money well spent.
I believe the secret to longevity in caring for your boots is to keep the boxes they came in for storage.

Shit there sure are bargains out there, I hadn't been to stores in a while, and they are chucking stuff out cheaper than I have ever seen - some shoe shop had ankle boots for $10 & $20, damn it they were a size too small.
If your a 38 check out Chadstone shoe shops, Santini I think.
I think I want these

Nothing like what I went looking for in my head, something black and soft, maybe a bit of buckle/stud trim.
Not laces.
But I'm a sucker for patent and these may satisfy my Chanel patent boots desire a bit, and I saw them on a girl and they looked great.
And I got sucked into leather/or imitation trousers, and the ones with leather panels - you can pick them up for between $50 - $100 at the moment!
This freaky cold in Melbourne has been killing me. Puffy coats have saved me, but my legs are still feeling icy cold stabs, and I squashed my toes from wearing too many socks and have toe blisters.
