The fire is pretty big.
It's further away than I thought ... like about 5km from my place.
By my estimates, it's bang in the middle of Whiteman Park.
I think Ballajura is safe though because the wind is heading East ... towards acres and acres of empty scrubland.
And it's only a very light wind too.

I would have thought that there would have been quite a few people there today - seeing it is such a glorious day .........

I'm sorry to say the animals could very well be in danger
I didn't get close enough to know for sure.
