Is it only season 1-4 that have replacement videos in them so far?
Just a suggestion if you were interested.
But it would be cool to have all current links with description of changes like updated quality and stuff, all in the first post coz they all get lost in the feed.

Yes As season 5 and on I had good recoding of them
 
@BigKevin So strange the BBAU youtube didn't use your S3 finale but sourced a blurry analogue rip and uploaded that instead, even crediting the source.

Up to the first Friday night live and its quality is a bit low. did they put them in the youtube marathon. also i think it was episode 2 that had an issue with the audio out of sync. so 2005 might be worth replacing with the higher qualty version too.

As of December only seasons 1-3 have officially been uploaded in broadcast quality. Season 4-8 are still available in their 12 hour streaming blocks.

I have had to rip the Season 5 marathon. And when cutting it up I am seeing spoilers by accident.
Not to be ungreatful in anyway coz I am very greatful but noticing the captures have a few issues. like #36. Fridaynight live doesnt have sound which is where I am uto so having to clip marathon 3 currently to move over to the youtube rips
JDownloader allows you to download the full marathons then ya gotta cut them up with a different program. I am using Wondershare uniconverter

Memorable capture issues noticed so far. (Just for a quality control check)
- Ep 3 has an audio sync issue
- FNL 1 is kinda blurry
- 36. 27b (I think) FNL has no sound
There was one that had an issue with Gretle talking at the start that was very minor defect but didnt take notice of what one that was

Understood, but big kev captured, edited and upscaled out of kindness and generosity. I don't think it's fair to come on here making complaints and providing this type of feedback/criticism. His source material is what it is. Anything moving forward will end up coming from the official streams, so might as well start there because any updates or changes he makes will require him doing the same.

Are these referring to the original upscaled captures or the official YouTube streams? I have a list somewhere of every episode that had tape issues from the stream, which I logged whilst the marathons “aired”. If that’s of any assistance to you.

It was not a complaint, it was informative...Did you miss the part where I said I am actually greatful and that it was just a quality control check, so that the bugs could be replaced with the working files as a hybrid like the others for archiving purposes. I do understand the time that goes into projects like that and also understand he cant catch all the bugs unless people watching them let him know.

I hope it’s okay to throw in my two cents here. The source material of the original (pre upscale) DivX and AVI captures are, for the most part, not buggy at all. They’re low res but sound and video is perfectly intact.

I believe Kev started recording his own versions of the eps from 2005 onward, which is likely where these errors stem from. But the original bootleg files (not Kev’s recordings) that were floating around for a decade or so before now are actually fine.
 
Prior to the official release, there’s been a couple sources over the years. There used to be a pack many, many years that contained all the original broadcast captures of every episode (including Uplate), as well as any additional media associated with each season (i.e. all the interviews from The Panel/Rove, original news segments of various controversies like Belindagate, Merlin’s protest, Turkey Slap, axing, etc, and even some full live stream web captures from 2003-2007).

As best to my knowledge, most of those (aside from 2001 and 2003) are not the same files that Kev used to upscale his versions from.

That pack would be massive to download but still amazing to have it all well the extra stuff anyway. I wish youtube just put everything up in single videos and had age restriction on the mature content that way its just all archived for anyone to access whenever they want.
I downloaded the 2025 live stream and took ages. some times tiktok cut off so there is a few hurs missing. but the rewatch app caught most of the live feed via tiktok
