on the one hand, I think estelle could suffer because some people will see her flipflopping on her feelings on michael, when just 1-2 days ago she was telling BB there's nothing there.
on the other hand, I think estelle could suffer because, if she's making out with someone she doesn't have feelings for, they might see that as being a bit of a hussy - especially when ben and zoe are given so much airtime to accuse her of trying to mack onto every (non-gay) male housemate to date.
but, both judgements are unfair in the context of what's been happening.
firstly, estelle's been isolated. not just BB isolated, but socially isolated in the house - ostracised in particular by her now-kissing partner michael.
which leads to the second point, she hasn't been given the full picture of how he's treated her and just how ugly and hateful his speech and expressed feelings towards her have been for the last 10 weeks.
which leads to the third point, she's been getting drawn in by him. his speech to her tonight in bed was a hard play for a bit of lip action, the flowerly language, the expansive compliments, and not to mention the dogged pursuit for the last week. in most footage, he's the one climbing into her bed or her lounge pod, not vice versa, and he's the one stroking her constantly while she's just spooning.
and as a final point, consider that estelle really is an affectionate person. her first week and a half with ava is testimony to this, and to the fact that she's definitely not male-centric in her affections. coming full circle to the first point, someone with that sort of personality will almost certainly be susceptible to charms at this stage of both the game and her social isolation

Sorry if you think that, but I am so over the Zoe hatred of Estelle and her claim to Michael who has clearly stated he is not interested! Sorry for being blunt but Zoe is not doing herself any favours and should let it go. If Estelle finds some comfort after weeks of being ostracised and victimised by this nasty group of 4. I think she deserves to find some comfort even from Michael.
From what I have seen Zoe is one jealous and not a very nice person and I am so over her and make no apologies to the way I think of her!

Exactly. She is a warm, touchy-feely person which she has demonstrated throughout the show in little moments, even with the other women (not just Ava) and with Ben - even after they've been absolutely vile to her.

I really don't think Estelle wants Michael. He's coming after her. I'm also not really sure that beforehand she was like 'oh good.. I look forward to the afterparty when I can kiss Michael'. Besides that was only said in the captains quarters, where Estelle wasn't at.
Also Estelle best friends with Zoe? All her best connections are going. Ryan, Ava, Ray, etc. I think she saw layla and sam at the top of her list out of the select few remaining whilst Zoe was further down the rail.

omg i know this is an appreciation thread but some ppl on here are unbelievableestelle is breaking a girls heart on tv & yeh i know zoe has no right to like micheal (but she does) and he might not like her but Estelle was fully aware of z's feelings and should have stayed away, my god she only had to wait what 7 days???? Poor behaviour I say. cannot believe she is 24.

Funny how Layla never broke Zoe's heart when she swooped on George like a vulture from a nest. & knowing full well Zoe was crazy about him first. But Zoe never turned on Layla - she wouldn't dare, because Layla is way to popular & respected in the house. But, poor innocent free spirit butterfly Estelle is rubbished cruelly every single chance Zoe can get. Remember also, it was Layla in the kitchen with Sam who suggested Estelle spoon with Micheal because Estelle was feeling a bit lonely a bit miserable after 80 days from all the Estelle hating- It wasn't Estelle's idea.
p.s. sorry to wreck your Zoe party.
I think it was because, Layla 'asked' Zoe if it was OK if she 'claimed' George.
And no I am not making excuses for Zoe's actions etc.

Layla has never been trustworthy as far as being any friend to Estelle. She got away very lightly in the secrets reveal.
Also has anyone seen any other adverts apart from the Layla one around the time the show gets broadcast? It always seems to be the one with her in.
I was surprised Zoe got more support than Angie a few weeks ago, but surely her time is up now. She has bitched about Estelle most of this series and now it's clearer than ever that it's mostly fed by jealousy.
I still don't know what to think of the Michael / Estelle thing. However my girlfriend who hates BB went to bed and so I watched tonight's episode and I don't feel so bad about it.
I think whether or not Michael is genuine or not, it seems more real now. I don't think a show like tonight was damaging to her at all.
We shall see.

i love Mitelle. I really do. Michael was my fave at the start but Estelle was the one I most associated with. I've been watching them both closely over the whole journey and was hoping for this.
