Estelle appreacian thread (i can't spell)

It's been a long time since I've been so angry watching a reality tv show. I am glad Sam and Estelle cleared the air though, he is the only person that was nice to her for the longest time. They didn't show the bit where she said he was like a brother though. It looked like it was all Sam saying he was avoiding her because she was flirting. Good thing I saw the updates as it happened.
 
Even when they compliment Estelle, it sounds mean! Like they're just saying the words and don't actually mean it. I refuse to vote on reality tv, especially when we're not being shown everything, but I think I'm about to!

So from tonight. I am not entire clear what impression Ben's chat made at the beginning of the show. I couldn't follow.

With Zoe she's losing the plot. What about all this talk of her constantly saying she really isn't into Michael. Him saying no. Then she's all upset Estelle isn't doing her right as a friend. When all Zoe does is bitch about Estelle.

Estelle and Sam clearing the air was good. I think it is just more stuff which clearly shows the way they use the bitching to separate Estelle. There's no issue at all. Then they say the flirting thing and it creates distance. It was the same as they wanted to do with Ava and Estelle. Push Estelle away and alone.

In the captains, right on back to the bitching about Estelle as they admitted they always do.


The kiss. The footage from that behind angle looks like it could be kissing. However no kissing sounds, which BB always gets. The footage we saw last night where Michael seemed to kiss her forhead and move down for a his with her stopping did have some sounds. So I am calling it as BB deliberately being misleading with the editing.

Now it could have happened but it breaks down like this.

We saw footage that looks like Michael tried and Estelle stopped it.

We saw footage that could be people making out but no sounds and the footage in no way showed any kissing.

Estelle said in the Diary room they aren't macking on. Why lie in the diary room? If it happened she'd know it'd have been broadcast.

Michael said they didn't hook up to the other housemates. Incentive to lie is there.

I balance this all up to it didn't happen. Or if anything it was a peck.
 
I think that was the most annoying show ever tonight. The amount of bitching towards Stella was was so sustained over the top.. And Zoe.. OMG no words!!!

Estelle as usual was the nicest person there. In fact apart from Sam, that's it.. they are a horrid lot.

She participates with enthusiasm and good humour, congratulates those who do well or win, and then gets a load of sh1t poured over her.. The four vultures are so mean spirited. Its let's take Estelle down again at any and every opportunity.

I loved that Sam cleared the air, and good ole Surly threw them a party.. haha and Ben then had a bitch about the CQ supposedly being the better gig.. Suck it in Ben ..... Ok I liked that part :D

I'm glad he didn't invite her in, but Ben has a short memory, as he was given the Madonna music from Estelle and she did come second in the challenge, but it NEVER once entered his mind that he should even consider including her.

I love Estelle.. she is so composed, refuses to say anything negative about others.. I know she thinks it.

I hope she beats their sorry arses, and wins this thing.. Go Girl :cool:

Even when Sam revealed to Estelle that others had been bitching about her supposedly flirtatious ways, she still maintained her dignity even though she was clearly upset. Instead of saying anything nasty about any of her critics she just said something general about how things get misconstrued (can't remember the exact words).

The longer I watch the show, the bigger the gulf becomes between how much I love and admire Estelle and how much I despise the others! As for Ben, I didn't think I could hate anyone so much on a TV reality show! What an angry, bitter man he is under the fake exterior.
 
I don't particularly like Estelle, but I sure as hell hope she finishes further up the list than Michael. He has tried to use her which is pretty disgusting. For a guy to treat a girl like that is just plain awful.
 
Ben's popularity is huge on FB also atm, and with no split voting this time (eg. Stacey and Ben last time), he might be in with a huge chance...

Oh God. It would be shattering if that piece of work won it. I've just sent a few more votes Estelle's way to make sure it doesn't happen.

Didn't see it as a whinge, I thought you said it as it is.

I am so sure there was not a kiss.... BB would be showing that to the public and making a big deal to draw in the viewers.
The only close thing to a kiss is what we saw on the show and the video on the OS has been edited so we don't get to see Estelle move away and give that little giggle.

Zoe is losing the plot and Ben is driving it home, he is probably trying to get everyone unnerved so they look bad, he tries with Estelle and he finds it frustrating because she doesn't bite back.

These last days are going to be painful to watch!!!!

Honestly though, the attitude towards Estelle for most of the show has been that she's undeserving of being in the house and is lessor housemate. Michael always talks about her not knowing her place in the hierarchy. I think this goes many ways to explain how he can use her like this. She's less of a person, deserving of the same level of respect and treatment than him or anyone else in his group in the house.
 
Haven't seen the show yet, but there is so much negativity on FB about Zoe. People telling her to shut up and grow up, calling her a moron etc. I'm taking it that she continued to go on and on about Michael and Estelle? This girl is digging her own grave. (Her Halloween outfit was actually more appropriate than I first thought...)
 
“It’s been so long since I kissed anyone. The last person I kissed was either Sam or Layla” Estelle declares.

Talk of kissing sees the girls out on the pods discuss how they’ve related to boys in the House.

“Tell me what I am” Estelle implores Zoe after Zoe tells Layla she thinks she’s “first in best dressed” when it comes to boys.

“I think you thrive off male attention” Zoe tells her.

“I love being a single lady, it’s the best” Estelle offers after some back and forth.

After seeing the footage again tonight I'm almost positive there was no kiss. The head angles were all wrong, you could see Michael's over the top of Estelle and her head seemed to be pointing downward. It looked like he was massaging her head, went for a try and she dropped her head further then rolled away. Even though the footage is obviously edited, if BB had clear indication they were snogging you can bet it would have been shown.

Zoe seriously needs to get a grip! I think she is going to be mortified when she sees how she been behaving and Ben is so feeding her insecurities. Very cruel on his part. Also Zoe has no right to play the 'friend's don't do that' card. She's said and done some awful things to and about Estelle, she's never been a friend, so she doesn't get to cry foul just because she gets butthurt her obsession isn't into her.

See this is where BB's deliberately being misleading with the editing and kiss angle is damaging. To people who think she had a pash session, it'll make Estelle look bad.
 
Looks like Michael is opening his heart to Ben on his feelings with regard to Estelle whilst they're in the nice corner together in the current live updates.

That's what annoys me. I want them to hook up, but Estelle is getting hated on for doing something she hasn't. Lose/Lose for me.
