Michael’s earlier classification of Phar Lap as ‘female Australian sportsperson’ also comes back up, with the red-haired HM forced to defend the ambiguity over ‘sportsperson’.

Were was Estelle to tell Michael that Pharlap was a gelding :p (male)
 
Zoe opens up to Benjamin in the Lounge about her mood going up and down over Josh’s sudden exit and the shift in the House it’s brought.

Michael enters and asks if it’s appropriate if he were to join the conversation.

“Yes,” answers Benjamin, “you are not one of the three meepers.”

Michael sits down as Benjamin points out that the House has ‘lost an authority figure’.

“It feels like one of us has gone,” says Zoe.

NEWS FLASH Zoe, one of you has gone! Hmmm they're starting to get worried that the cool groups numbers are falling.

If we ever see micheal or Ben outside the house we should put lavender up our noses and say meow, just to annoy them.

Actually you know what? I do wonder if the inability to tell when something so over the top and absurd is serious or not. Might actually go part ways to explaining some of their attitudes. They totally seem to take everything said on the show at face value. Such as when a house mate characterizes something. They take that as accepted fact. Unable to understand or comprehend it may be an exaggeration, have another motive or even not be clearly communicating. So many clearly exaggerations or things we really need more context, said at the height of bitching about someone like Estelle is treated as gospel. Even when footage is shown to completely contradict it. They stick with what ever someone said as the absolute authority.

Interesting comments UpAllNight, and pretty spot on I think! A couple of weeks ago one of the regular trolls got stuck in to a post I made defending Estelle, basically saying that their opinion had been formed by things the other housemates were saying, that they knew what they were talking about as they had to live with her etc. They then cling to absolutely anything at all to justify their dislike. Some of the things I have seen today on the other thread have been utterly sad and pathetic, everything from bringing up yet again the fact that she has a starnow profile in spite of the fact that anyone can have one of those, to a lump on her head!

But anyway, I think it's probably time to worry less about the trolls and get back to apreciating Estelle, who in my opinion is going from strength to strength in that house and showing great qualities as a person. :)

Are you serious? Her mother starting smoking again bc Estelle has been nominated multiple times and she doesnt agree with how the show is being edited?

Man that is funny! at least we know where Estelle's lack of intestinal fortitude comes from. Obviously sooking runs in the family :p

Yeah I think I'll just ignore Estelle debates now, I'm sick of arguing and then having people victimize themselves because they got their egos bruised because nobody agreed and hated Estelle.

I just dont understand why ppl can like a girl who is obviously so stupid and boring. "Look at me, look at me" she cries to the other HMs! "Ah...yeah...no thanks" is the generally accepted reply. "Look, im so clever I put weeds in my hair!" she cries!

"Yeah, you're really clever" they reply, eyes rolling in a mixture of horror and pity, for this poor, unfortunate girl, who's mother is so ashamed by her daughters efforts on Big Brother that she has decided to take up a deadly habit once again :eek:

But the girl continues, unperturbed by the obvious and unanimous lack of attention paid to her, even though her every waking moment is spent trying to garner enough attention to appease her poor, simple mind. "Looks at me, look at me, I can dance, see!!" she cries, as she prances around the room like a drunk chicken with its head chopped off.

Meanwhile, whilst HM Stacey is doing the worst dance impression known to mankind, all eyes are focused on her, with roars and applause of appreciation, while the poor little dumb girl continues to prance about, drawing not so much as a cursory glance in her general direction.
