i definitely didn't see estelle reciprocating michael's advance, though she also wasn't as firm as she was with bradley. but her pull away-laugh sent a clear message that even if there was a peck in the dark, it wasn't going any further.

and, i agree with the posters pointing out that our girl has been given a false sense of security by the "secrets" videos, which definitely did not show the worst of the bitching about her behind her back, and even gave them an easy out via michael's comments about her.

i'm feeling good about her making it to the final 3, but we can't get complacent. although a lot can happen, there is serious support for other HMs. fingers crossed (and dialling)!

Not her fault I think/though it is, it was sudden change of dynamics. If she said that in the house, she would've got standing ovation, but all of a sudden she was on live stage, and didn't expect that reaction. She went from everyone hating Estelle to not so, problem was she didn't adjust her self quick enough. Angie had more conflict but she was smart enough not to make any smart comments. I doubt Stacey would say that again if interviewed again.

So her irrational hatred of Estelle combined with the groupthink hatred of Estelle by the house overrode the very obvious fact that Estelle had been publically saved six times, and thus must be a reason she is being saved? Stacey is not bright, but even the dimmest of bulbs could have sorted that out.

Have a look at the video on the OS of Estelle and Sam's party in the backyard! Haha! I don't want to speak too soon but I wouldn't be surprised if our girl has this in the bag after they air tomorrow night's episode. Still sticking to my gut feeling though; it will be extrememly close between Estelle and Michael. We just need to keep voting!!! I very much doubt Michael's fans will be voting as much...

Im not trolling. I am merely trying to point out to you ppl the errors of your ways. It might be an appreciation thread. but the reasons I have read that you ppl love Stella for are ridiculous. Many of you seem to think I hate Estelle, which couldnt be further from the truth. I dont hate anyone. That is a very strong word. I dont really care for her, but I certainly dont hate her.

Yet I see so many comments by you guys referring to Michael or Ben as scum, manipulating crap, arseholes etc etc. Why are you all so hard on HMs just bc they dont appear to like Estelle? They are all entitled to their opinions. They are the ones living and dealing with her 24/7. But you all act like you know her better than the HMs do (a joke within itself)! You all speak like she can do now wrong, and is Gods gift to the Earth. How can you all be so gullible???

She is a nice girl, theres no doubt about that!! But she is not a Goddess. She is boring. Doesnt have an opinon on anyone, doesnt get mad, doesnt argue much etc etc. No wonder she is always looking for acceptance. Its like she is too scared to actually voice her opinion for fear she may upset someone. That really is quite strange. I personally feel that people who are nice to everyone, never speak bad of anyone, really are fake, bc to do that is simply human nature.

No one is as nice at Stella. Give me a person who bicthes about others any old day of the week. At least you know that they are real.

I know that was a joke, but im not upset at all that big Gub didnt win TBL. He did win, just not the money. The $$ was inconsequential anyway. Graeme has been overweight all his life. Our families have been friends for many years. I used to play footy for the town he comes from. A great little country community Anyway, Gub really does have a heart of gold. I know its a silly cliche, but its true of Gub. He is one of natures gentlemen.

During TBL I saw the biggest change in Gub that Ive ever witnessed. He was smiling so much, and obviously so happy. Brought me to tears many times, bc I know the hell he has been thru battling his demons over the years, and his loneliness. Unlike you though, I know Gub is not perfect, and never tried to portray that he was. It was very lucky that he had Commando to push him hard, otherwise he never would have trained hard enough to drop the beef that he did.

Ive seen him quite a bit since he came home. He is not exactly anorexic, but he is still steadily dropping more weight. The big change is that now Gub has confidence within himself, and is happy at what he see's when he looks in the mirror. I couldnt be more happy from him. I know how hard it is to read negative comments from ppl who dont know your friend from a bar of soap. I had to bite my tongue many times on FB when ppl posted complete crap about Gub, but I just took no notice really.

Vien I just wish you could be more realistic about Stella, instead of trying to portray her as the second coming of Mother Theresa.

If you actually read my posts, you would see that I don't at all make Estelle out to be perfect. In fact, I think I'm actually quite mellow on here, in comparison to a lot of her other fans.

I'm getting worried about Estelle after looking at Facebook. The backlash against her after Stacey got evicted is getting pretty heavy. She's getting hated on massively ('how can she do this to Zoe!!!1') and Zoe has more likes/shares than her. Ugh, people are such morons.

Once again its all for completely shallow reasons than anything substantial. I prefer the 'Estelle is boring' argument than 'Estelle is a conniving weirdo slut out to steal every girl's man' (which while I can't deny Estelle likes male attention, its getting ridiculous and over the top, a lame meme pushed by Stacey and now everyone's running with it). The housemates know its a perfect way to give Estelle a bad name without getting tarred with the 'bullying' label. They've realized calling her 'weird' was a bad idea and now a good old-fashioned slut shaming will do the trick.

This is really uncalled for, whilst evolution has the tendency to be rather nasty at times, there is absolutely no need to bring children into an argument over a reality show contestant.

Kinda laughable when it's Zoe that put Stacey in danger and Zoe who the last couple of days has been saying over and over how the whole Michael thing was a joke taken too far and she now realises how silly it was.

It's simple, really. She's made some sort of a connection with people who 'get' her and we've made a decision to back her and stay loyal. It doesn't mean we think she's perfect in every way - which is what you keep on about - just that we accept and support her for who she is. End of story (I hope)!

Yes, you certainly are amongst the more easy going of the EFs, thank God. I know that most of this to and fro netween myself and you guys in this thread is my fault. But I honestly just have trouble understanding the depth of love some ppl have for stella, and the lengths they will go to in order to try and protect her good name. It is really strange behaviour to me.

As far as Gub and love goes; he hasnt found his soul mate yet, but I am happy to report that he has some really good offers. He has been out to a few dinner dates, and still has women emailing him and FB messaging him trying to get to know him better, LOL. He loves it, and I couldnt be happier for him I get the feeling that his dream of a wife and kids will come true, and possibly sooner rather than later! Thank you for what you said about him there. You ppl would love him if you met him in person!

Yeah, but Vienn, it does seem a little out of place to have an avatar with your kids on it in a forum like this. I'm sure he adores his kids and that's nice, but just makes me squirm a bit every time I see it.
