Estelle appreacian thread (i can't spell)

If she really said it, they would be playing it non stop. I doubt she said it...

I think there's a reaction by many housemates of the fact Estelle seems to be doing well with surviving. That she must be doing something, some game playing. Everyone left had the strategy to try and fly under the radar, avoid nominations to get to the end. Picking off people one by one. Estelle defied their plans and expectations.

This is partly what set her apart. I really do think she's the ultimate backfire to most of their plans. It's so absurd though when people speak as if Estelle has had some master game play strategy to be picked on, to be hated and bitched about. To always be facing nomination as a ploy to win. If that was true, if anything that's the most brilliant execution of a strategy ever and she'd deserve to win from that alone!

Also, if this was her "strategy" wouldn't she have been more confrontational and aggressive. There is no way she would have known that rapping some stupid songs or putting lavender in her hair would have made her so unpopular in the house. This whole "strategy" talk is rubbish!

I can't remember it being said, but I'd be interested in the context if it was. Seems to me that most are reaching for any excuse, like when Sonia said 'Good to see you're still not making any sense, Estelle' and Estelle replied 'No sense but hopefully some dollars'. It was an obvious play on sense/cents yet I've seen it pushed as 'See! See! She's just there for the money'. They're all there for the money or the exposure, you can't tell me any one of them auditioned purely to make friends cause I'm going to call bullshit. You do that at a pub, gym or sewing circle, not by signing up to a winner take all competition.

Yeah just a throw away line, of cause she is there to win the money they all are.
 
I'm just thinking what will happen when the lines re-open on Monday, when the final 3 is Layla, Micheal and Estelle. This will be the final 3. All the people who dislike Micheal, will probably vote for Estelle and all the people who dislike Estelle will probably vote Micheal. However Layla is not disliked as much as them two, so she can get the votes from the people who dislike them both. It's a hard one to call.
 
Estelle for the win , i hated her at the start but the way she carried herself even comforting ben and stacy when ben ran that whole B/S on his suit crap has proven she is the best person in the house .
if she is final 2/3 i will vote for her and i haven't voted all season

You are dead right! I would have thought Ben might be there in the past but I think he's done his dash. Michael, Layla & Stell final 3 for sure I reckon.
 
I'm getting quite irritated at all the people making nonsense threads and posts about Estelle. Trying to take any discussion into the realms of fantasy. Although a heads up to people, I responded to one of these threads calling it pathetic and got an infraction. So I guess, when you're tempted to respond be a bit more focused.

If I disappear I guess I will have be banned for complaining about trolling or even mentioning the infraction.
 
I'm still voting for Estelle and will vote a bit more than last week. I think there was probably some people last week that voted for Estelle just because they hated Ben/Stacey and they are probably now voting for their favourite such as Layla and Sam. LAst week I spent a bit of time checking out various sites and there was an overwhelming support for Estelle, so far this week it is more spread out. We cannot afford to split our votes as much I would love to get Ben/Michael out this Sunday I don't care about that anymore. All I care is for Estelle to win it. I just hope Estelle fans has enough left over for this final week/days. Thank God this is the last one.

just ignore them. no longer vote to save, so whatever they say is not going to sway us the supporters. however, sam day, you are right, i am running out of puff lol, the recharge is coming on monday, not soon enough, i've told everyone to just give me the $$$ for birthday lol, bet loads of them will still give me loads of shit presents. grrr........... i just need $$$$ for the final dash here.

Estelle could easily have found some of those in the house very irritating but she has carried herself much better than the others, and that's the best way to do well on Big Brother. Also quite a few have definitely not tried to be friends with her or have only tried on a shallow gameplay level. Many of them have revealed that they are completely preoccupied with winning by their constant talk about it, another thing Estelle has avoided.
 
UAN - if you ask me its insane that you got punished for calling the post 'pathetic' when I see some far worse insults being continually thrown around here and not just t threads but a personal attacks and judgements too.

I can't wait to see all these haters have conniptions when Estelle wins :-D

On another site that I follow we are making sure that we are not letting people know how many we are voting.
There are a lot of spies out there. It was a problem we had to deal with few weeks ago and we've decided to keep it off line.

Haha thanks. I hope it made sense. I tend to ramble and I just went on a big rant to distract myself from the stress of what i'm currently doing. Didn't have time to go over it.
