I'd much rather he stay than her. She has the personality of dish soap. You bet ya she will lose fans! Drew is already over her as well - she made NO effort to converse with him compared to the way she has been with other guys. Drew thought she was stunning but he thinks he personality sucks! She will NOT last long!

What I found interesting about the video where that comes from is that it largely came from Heidi's prompting.
An update earlier in the 'marriage' quoted Drew as saying to act like they were married he had to get his head into that thinking (or words to that effect). They were gorgeous together, and there was plenty of footage of them enjoying themselves and being cute, so wonder if the need to mentally see them as together has made more of it in his mind and now he's going through a post-breakup thing.
And Heidi was loving leading that conversation

Just re watched day 2 when Drade meet and get "married" and Big brother actually did tell them that if anyone comes into the diary room in that week and says they dont believe it and it indeed is a fake marriage then they will be up for nominations. No one actually did that. BB asked them and made them talk. BB went back on his word. it was rigged. Poor Drew, bye bye Jade

I love Drade, and was disappointed that that the task is over (and was pathetically excited and hopefulto see in the live crosses to the house last night they they were both standing really close to each other when each of the latecomers entered!).
However, I don't think that Jade deserves the stuff that is being thrown at her here.
She hasn't been bagging Drew out - she has been saying that she is glad it's over so she can act openly as herself with the others without having to try and watch and edit everything. We know from the diary room and from the talk with BB in their bedroom that she wasn't happy with lying to the other HM -while Drew didn't care about lying. She hasn't said he isn't manly enough for her - she replied to Tim's question about what type she liked by saying 'manly' and talking about arms. Drew has great arms (acknowledged earlier with ben in the gym). From her description I think she meant 'blokey' guys, and Drew is more hipster than blokey.
She thinks he's a nice guy and feels they are like best friends. Maybe without the pressure of the task?
In terms of her massaging Ed - which the live feed announced with glee - the video showed that everyone was massaging someone, and Jade was looking pretty disinterested and chatting to Xavier while massaing Ed. Nothing much to see there.
While the updates yesterday had people complaining - we have to bear in mind that Drew and Jade by that stage both had known since the day before that they were up for eviction (while we didn't find out till last night) and realistically may be facing their last days in the house - so were just trying to be involved in the house as themselves individually and without reserve and suspicion.
Due to the task - which was a facbricated relationship, not a real one - we haven't seen much of either Drew or Jade individually. But from what I've seen Jade has spent time getting to know the halfway housemates, pulls her weight in the kitchen and has been pleasant and considerate of others, and genuinely disliked having to be dishonest just to remain in the house.
Is she a great housemate? No idea yet - but I don't think she has treated Drew badly or done anything wrong. (Yet)

Melore: That is as dreadful as a certain poster implying you are not dogly enough.
I am glad you take my point!
How ridiculous. Jade hasn't actually done anything wrong. She was doing a challenge with a stranger that she met a week ago. Gees people, stop acting like she broke up with him when they weren't a couple to start with. It's not like she was cuddling up to him in private and promising him things, she was acting like a mate. Nothing more. Some people need to stop creating fiction in their heads.

I'll let you off for that comment, given you can't sleep and it makes a person tetchy.
The rough equivalent to Jade's behaviour would have been Drew saying, 'Yeah, nice girl, but shame about that huge wart on her upper lip, I could never go there myself.'
This whole show is about people 'creating fiction in their heads' about what they see or don't notice on the screen, and what they extrapolate or confabulate from that. Witness the Stellahood last year.

yeah smurfette, great post. i still like jade, think she is down to earth and not moody like tully, princessy like tahan, loud like mikkyla and heidi, she is pretty good, and her first choice wasnt Ed, she prefers Matt, that makes me like her a tad more lol
by the way i thought matt is taken, but from last night's daily show i get the vibe BB counts him in as a single?

Jade always seemed too uncomfortable with the "pretend to be married thing". She never fully committed to the role. Since The producers have quite a few natural performers this year - someone like that, an actor type, should have been given Jades part.
Jade has done acting, so she musn't be very good about it and to what everyone else has written today - look at the way Jade pushed Drew away right at the end (just before they showed the housemates the wedding video) - sorry but I have just not warmed to her and I hope she proves me wrong.

Still like Jade. I think she is possibly a tad shallow but overall a good and interesting person. I'm gobsmacked that she doesn't see how gorgeous Drew is but I don't think she has done anything wrong and I still like their interactions and ever hopeful for something more

I liked her much better when she was playing herself in the role of "Jade, in love with Drew". Just had a refresher at the pics on the original post this thread. Ah!
I thought she was unnecessarily insulting to Drew once the game was over, and the poor woman has awful taste in men, clearly, but I hope she doesn't get the boot on Monday, even so.
