I finally saw the first episode tonight and didn't know what I was worried about. Matt Smith is fantastic.

I also liked the new companion too which isn't always the case with me.

is the crack in the wall this series "bad wolf"

Did anyone notice the long pan up the wedding dress the camera made? hmmmmmmmmmm

Maybe she is related to Donna

Amy Pond is delicious and Matt Smith appears to be an ideal replacement for Tennant.

But what about the new theme tune again? and new logo I think the logo sucks and the theme tune ha been molested twice in recent years?

I think by halfway through the season , we will have got used to it.
It could have been worse ...at least they did'nt totally butcher it.

The new logo is different but I do like the background colour.

We watched episode 3 of Dr Who yesterday and it didn't disappoint, i won't give any spoilers out but lots and lots of people complained about the one thing.
Completely off topic, watched the 3rd episode of season 3 Ashes to Ashes too, that show just gets better and better, LOVE Gene Genie lol

The crack appears to be a theme that is going to arc throughout this series.

The purpose behind the dress will be revealed in the next episode.
