Deaths of Minor Celebrities

That is incredibly sad 😞
I haven't heard of that virus before, but it sounds horrible catching it from rodent urine and feces.
And they still don't know why the dog died yet.

One of the couple’s three dogs also was found dead in a crate in a bathroom closet near Arakawa, while two other dogs survived.

Could she have crated the dog for some reason before she died, with it later dying of dehydration? Was it trapped in that part of the house and died, with Hackman putting it in the crate and storing it in the closet in his confused state? I'm struggling to think of plausible reasons for this.

It is very sad that nobody checked in on them for over two weeks.

Turns out she had collected the dog from the vet. Obviously took a turn for the worst before she could even let it out, poor dog.

Richard Chamberlain, 90

Not someone I had thought about in years . But recently my parents and I have been going through a gazillion books they own trying to thing the collection down a bit. There was hardcover Dr Kildare Book in the mix from the 1960's. I have it in my room because I was curious if it was a rare book.

Things I didn't know:

Val Kilmer was diagnosed with throat cancer in 2015, but he was initially reluctant to seek medical attention. He eventually underwent multiple rounds of intense chemotherapy, radiation, and a tracheotomy. And though the treatment left his cancer in remission, it also took away his natural speaking voice.

Had wondered if the pneumonia might be Covid-related but seems like he had a lot going on.

i just looked at Wiki and it looks like the medical intervention went against his religious beliefs which is why he waited. I have been watching Apple Cider Vinegar (dramatisation of Belle Gibson and others like her) so I wondered if he had fallen victim to believing the kind of BS these kinds of toxic narcissists spin to people who are sick.
