We can only hope. :)

I understand the need to point out things the production could do better. I too hate the music, the "soft" BB letting the HMs call him nicknames, the long transitions after ad breaks, the over-long pauses, the way some important events may not be shown in the daily show, "production manipulation", etc, etc ... we should indeed mention and comment on those by all means. As long as this doesn't create or come across as too much "negativity" in the forum that it turns people away from it or the show itself. I think there's a fine line. 👍
yes and im kind over this soft kind hearted BB. I want a more cut throat one

Fun fact (that I just checked): Last night, there was exactly 50 seconds between Mel first saying "its time to go" before repeating it and saying Michael's name.
It's almost like they're trying to fill in time because they don't have enough content to broadcast? Like what was the purpose of that? I'd expect 10 - absolute maximum 15 seconds for an eviction announcement.

I couldn't decide if the director forgot to prompt Mel after the camera panned past the three nominees, or if something else happened (like not having the envelope ready?)

Like Gretel when the card was blank 😂

But yes, that's usually how it goes, maybe they were trying to line up the split angle which was pointless considering they were all next to each other.

I enjoyed the eviction show. We got a good amount of daily show footage ( even if it’s only one days worth instead of two).

When channel 9 took the eviction couch away, I called loudly for it to return. However in the end I didn’t actually miss it. Even though it was a short post eviction interview, I thought Mel did a wonderful job of touching on the important aspects and letting Michael express himself. It might have only been a few minutes but it didn’t feel rushed to me. IMO she’s a natural and is winning me over more and more. Perhaps it’s her radio training. She’s not anything like Gretel or Sonia, she really is hosting it in her own style and I’m coming to love her style.

I voted for Holly and was ok with Michael being evicted. Although I must say I did find his messing with Connor (who I’m finding to be a little insufferable over the food stuff) was entertaining and at last minute was thinking I wouldn’t have minded seeing more of him in the house.

Found the Allannah / Coco / Bruce conversation interesting. I think it was a super healthy discussion and finding common ground. Politics and even just having any opinions have become too divisive and polarising for me these days. So I found it refreshing that there was obviously a pretty conservative guy chatting with some more liberal thinkers and finding understanding and acceptance. Need more of that in society imo.

Great cast and I’m finding this a fun season. Love it. And love that there are more people (work, friends etc) who are watching it again this year and I can have discussions IRL with people about BB again. 🤩

^ This. This kind of sums it up for me too. 👍

There's a mix of good, not-so-good, crap, and not-so-crap. This includes the new host, the house, the production, and everything. If you combine it all together, the whole thing isn't all that bad.

I just want to speak as a person with a disability (though not autism). Firstly, what I want to touch on is the "NDIS scamming" claim. Yes, there are both participants and providers who defraud the NDIS out of thousands, if not millions, of dollars. However, I don't think you can judge from what we've seen on Big Brother whether he's illegally getting funds. You can be on the NDIS, and be receiving supports to get and stay in ability-appropriate employment, whatever that might entail. So I think it's important to not judge a book by its cover.

Do we even know if Conor is on the disability support pension or just that he’s on the ndis?

Trying to measure Conor's disability and then make claims on whether you think he deserves support or not is a really shitty thing to do.

For the people who's posts I have deleted, this it he only warning about it I will give. From here on it will be bans.
