Episode Day 8 Eviction Show - 16/11/2025

And I hear its a prerecorded format this season (last done during Covid affected seasons)

Public decides from a presumed Top 3 for a winner. 3 endings filmed.

Not for me this season.
Odd they make a big deal of making Big Brother live then go in the opposite direction with I'm a Celeb. I suspect if they can finally make The Traitors a hit I'm a Celeb might be done.

@Zcsund1234 looks like we found our real reason for the evictee at Nominations...
the way I was locked on the feeds for this omfg

I am not gonna lie, I am not that mad about it tbh. I don't see issue with immunity on Big Brother, especially in a vote to save season. At the end of it the person who wins would have won regardless of people having immunity.

You don’t have issue with immunity in a 4 week season? That’s a huge issue. No one should be immune.

Just wait for them to do a load of evictions this week now.

Head of House chosen by Michael…. Guess who??

HOLLY
- immune from eviction this week
- ability to influence nominations
- allocating chores
- big bed
"Chosen by Michael" you say?

I have no issue with a Head of House role being won fair and square within the house but it should not just be gifted. And immunity in a series this short basically guarantees you half the season.

Mhmm. Exactly my thoughts. There was no video of Michael choosing her shown to the housemates. In fact, on stage he said he thinks she’d be the next evicted. I wonder what changed there.

Not really no, like I said the winner will win regardless. If you are popular with the audience you will survive evictions and win. A person who is in danger of being evicted and benefits from immunity will not end up winning. Ultimately immunity is relevant until it is not. Theres probably going to be at very least 6 in the vote to win stage, so if someone makes it to the end but not popular with the audience then they will simply finish low.

It's also a twist that should have been teased at the end of the eviction show. I didn't mind the old "housemate hand grenades" for evictees but this is way too much power. Would be better to allow the saved nominees to choose.
I mean either one of two things happened.

It’s not unlikely they forgot to actually mention this on the show? It could have been a plan all along, but the way these live shows are a dogs breakfast I wouldn’t put it past them that it was forgotten about to be mentioned in the show. Which I would hope is the case .

It’s clearer regardless production would have told him do Holly. Likely they have sensed an opportunity because it was so close that Holly is to go next and they want to keep the drama of the Colin and Holly sitch.

I hope it’s the first thing but knowing that we have MAFS producers involved and this wish washy production style, the second is most likely.

I mean I was just watching the stream and BB is prompting housemates without “this is big brother” hes basically chatting to them like a phone on loud speaker.. “no Mia has to make Hollys bed” when they were saying that Holly shouldn’t make hers.

It’s all just so lax

I really hope they take feedback on if this continues next year.

Season orders and a holdout are two different terms. Seven had met the number of seasons they were obligated to produce under their contract, and the holdout prevented other networks from being able to do anything with the IP until that expired.

Ten will have both. A three year contract length is likely to include a minimum three season order.

Live stream right now…

Slowly going back to 7 format. Sad to see.

This will not get renewed next year with them pulling this shit.
It definitely will be if it keeps performing well in the viewing demos like it has been so far.

Seriously, the hyperventilating and OTT complaining by some on here a) whenever something happens they don’t like and/or b) because this season isn’t a 100% complete replica of the ‘OG era’ season has become ridiculous such that it diminishes the legitimate criticisms that can be made about this season (and there’s no shortage of issues to tackle).
