He's more concerned about it affecting how he could be perceived on the outside. It's a risky move getting involved with someone on BB - even if it is just a fleeting pash. It's exactly what got Ed so confuzzled and tongue-twisted early on in last season too.

My interpretation of Jake's resistance about Skye in tonight's episode is that he just simply doesn't want anyone else coming in to ruin his game plan this early on in the game.

Evictions are on Tuesdays this year, so they only have to include Monday's footage not two days of footage.

Yeah but look at his role model @Timdormer , he wanted to hook in with everyone. That's how you do it if you're not a soft cock.

As for Ed, he was a gutless cunt who couldn't just say what he felt. If he had the balls he could've put Jade in her place and everything would've been sweet.

I definitely laughed. I was like come on now... they're charging you $100 for some eggs, bacon and a slice of avo... you think they're going to let you buy immunity for $400? I give him credit for not full on bursting out laughing out loud.

I don't know how many of you are involved with business dealings with people from an Indian background, but when Priya tried to bargain and Katie was like no- AMAZING!

Cultural divide x1000. So good.

 
I think tonight's episode was supposed to be some sort of late night one.

So I think it is expected to be "forced" considering they are specifically choosing bits and pieces of the day that fit a specific criteria.

You should wait until Monday's episode.

But forced is exactly what we don't want and noone liked the late night feast episodes they had last year, so I don't know why they brought them back. They rated shit as well from I can remember.

I enjoyed it last season, and I enjoyed the episode tonight.

I do agree it is too early. They can barely give half the housemates airtime and we prefer to see other things this early.

Glad they kept the Late Night Feast concept - it was one of the few shows that worked last year IMO. Crap though that we've no idea what order the events last night happened in and how long they were over - I really don't believe all the HMs were working out in glorious sunshine in the backyard at 7.12am.

It's Australia. Every season has that potential, unless someone decides to take them down.Let's hope the girls don't just line up to help them do it, like Heidi and Tully etc, and all of them in bbus this year.

Katie wants to play real safe...but she doesn't understand that only the bold wins...safe, stupid and scared are the first ones to get knocked out... Shes too much concerned about the game and her image with others....bt whether she likes or not, one day she will be nominated by others...and thats when it will be time for her to go... Bcoz shes not at all fearless... Last year, final 3 were Tim, Jade and Tahan, none of them were so scared about their image and their actions like Katie is! Those three made a unique bunch... But Katie has nothing unique..she is a very normal, very average girl...nothing great in looks or personality or attitude... im guessing she would be one of the first few people to leave the house!

As for Priya, its sad that she coudn't get a chance to test her bargaining skills...m sure that had KAtie not been there, so persistent, Priya would have easily bargained it to lesser amount.
