CaspersDad just said exactly the same thing. And correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like she has a bit of a scar on her cheek. Maybe she had the same mole as Jade and had it removed.
 
Remember Tullys friends saying BB ruined her life, she will never get a job, poor editing, the death threats and all the hate?
Id say this Tullys back is to due that and BB is covering his arse....
