He didn't know Tully had been evicted (as he's been in lockdown since Friday) so he said he felt like they were missing someone. Tahan explained Tully had been given the boot and he was like "oh thank God." After they asked him why he said it's because she seemed really pessimistic. He was really apologetic to Drew as he said it but Drew was like half laughing/open mouthed and Tahan looked like she was going to piss herself.
