I honestly do not mind Ben. But the way that Channel 9 are utilising him as the unholy incarnation of their network - with his conservative, family friendly screen presence; his love for Bert and Patti Newton; and his Big Bang Theory inspired dress sense. It goes against the nature of the show.

Can I ask in all seriousness what the definition of a tween is? As in the age bracket? I have a 16 yr old daughter who cannot stand BB. She removes herself from the room whenever it's on

Apart from that, was difficult to translate the sarcasm over text.

This is exactly the problem when it comes to Ben. People treat him and have treated him like a toddler his whole life, coddling him and protecting him and its rendered him in this perpetually infantile state. He's a nice person, but I think it's really holding him back in life. He needs to be treated like the adult he is if people ever want to see him flourish. For example, he wants to find himself love, but how realistic is that right now? How is he ever going to maintain a stable relationship if his partner has to continually baby him?

Oh and Sonia just referred to it as the "Ben and Bert show". Fantastic.
 
Enough already......please I'm begging.
Bring on the real intruders - this is soooooooooooooo lame.

10-14 I'd say it's around. Those who around the 1D age between being kids and teenagers.
