Live stream Day 5 Live Stream - 13/11/2025

Tips for posting live stream updates:
- Include the time in AEDT.
- Focus on what the housemates are saying.
- Only include notable events (a HM yelling at another HM is notable, being called to the diary room for a battery change is not).
- Including screenshots is appreciated but not mandatory.
- It's fine if multiple people are posting about the same events - the more details the better.

5:20pm - A rough breakdown of a big conversation about racism that is unfolding:
- Mia asked Michael if he has diversity quotas in the company he owns.
- This displeased Michael and Bruce who asked Mia "why are you so obsessed with race and equality". Bruce then left the conversation. From all reports, Bruce was quite nasty about this.
- Allana joins the group in the middle of this, and perhaps misunderstands what is going on. She comes down hard on the housemates, mentioning her indigenous heritage and how Australia is still quite racist against First Australians. This makes Vinnie very annoyed.
- Jane stays silent for a while but looks really pissed off.
- Bruce returns and he and Michael make a bunch of comments that Mia "came to Australia" (she didn't, she was born here).
- There's lots of muting, but Vinnie and Ed are pissed off at Allana.
5:35pm AEDT - Allana is having a heated debate with someone off camera, sitting next to Edward. The stream then got muted.

5:41pm AEDT - Coco and Conor in the kitchen making some music with spoons hitting them together, and Conor smacking his hands on the benchtop. Making spaghetti.
Jane went to use the sink and got told there's no hot water, and Coco goes "I'd like to have a shower", and Conor said "Well everyone got kicked out of the bathroom"
The camera then went to the bathroom with Jane and Allana, and Jane said "Lets see if there's hot water now"

5:44pm AEDT - Unconfirmed but it seems like there may have been some water issues in the house. Earlier, a HM (possibly Coco) mentioned something about not being able to use the sinks and showers. A moment ago, Jane went to the bathroom to check if the toilets flush. (They do.)
5:49 pm - Emily enters the party room!
Seems like Emily has to collect certain items from rooms for the party.

5:50pm AEDT - Emily walks out of the diary room carrying some food, and into a "party room".
Big Brother said for Emily to read the card outloud, and she said "the next item to collect will be in the laundry.." something about the word "Holly" being a code word and a mic pack.
Edit - "Holly please fix your mic pack" is the code word for Emily to go to the laundry and pick up the next item.

5:56pm AEDT - Emily goes into the laundry room and says "sweet jesus, your having a laugh aren't ya" hasn't shown what the item is yet.
Ed walks up to get something out of the laundry room, and he asks "Who's in there?" she tells him to follow her, and don't go in there and don't ask into the bedroom and said "I can't tell you what I saw"

5:54pm - It appears that Emily and Abiola have a secret task involving the party room mentioned above.
Taking a guess at the footage - They needed a distraction to get people out of the house while some parts of the secret task are happening. Abiola gathered all of the housemates to the outdoor table for a special announcement. Abiola eventually just says "I'm gay". All of the housemate groan at the apparent joke. Abiola's cover story is that she just woke up from sleeping, heard there was beef and thought she'd mess with the housemates.
The code word announcement is made by Big Brother.
We can overhear that Mia and Bruce are resolving the earlier issue with the diversity quotas conversation. Bruce says "I asked a question but it sounded a way that was not good".
In the bathroom, Ed tries to enter the toilets / laundry? and Emily insists that he can't go in there (must be for the task). He tries to push his way in, suspicious, but Emily refuses. She says "I just saw something that I shouldn't have seen and now I need to talk to BB about it". This is obviously a cover story. She tries to get Ed to go into the diary room to report it so he's away from the area.

6:08pm - More details of the task are becoming available. Emily and Abiola must transport items from around the house to the party room. Emily bolts through the house with a pinata and gets it to the party room.

6:13pm AEDT - The next code word is "Connor, please fix your mic pack" and it will be located at the yellow arch opposite the dressing room.
Big Brother said something about the balloons being in the way of the door, but he's very quiet you can't really understand.

6:22pm - The code word has been announced but Emily is in a pickle - Allana wants her to come outside for a chat which prevents her from collecting the next party item. Emily and Abiola are trying their best to try and get Allana out of there fast.
Eventually Emily is able to grab a party item from a hatch in the bedroom, puts it under her dress and runs to the party room.

6:23pm AEDT - Abiola and Emily are trying to get Allana out of the bedroom, and Allana is offering Emily a talk as she's pacing around looking stressed.
Abiola says "lets go talk about it", in regards to the hair on the floor from the straighteners to get Allana out of the bedroom.

6:41pm - Emily and Abiola have swapped roles in the task after Abi realised the rest of the house was getting shitty with her. Abi collects some balloons from the kitchen and brings them to the party room.
Just as Abi is leaving the party room, Jane sees her and Abi freaks out a bit but it seems the task hasn't been compromised.
Meanwhile, Emily has successfully convinced the other housemates to come chat with her outside so they don't catch Abi.
