Well I actually kind of agree with their decision. To me I think that the priciple of getting rid of some key players in this fashion is rather cruel for viewers. So good on them for sticking up for that idea, either way it's win / win and money isn't everything. They still stand a chance if there's any more up for grabs and Travy still has a decent paying job so it's no skin off his nose to lose that much.

Aisha's already made the mistake of moving half way round the world for a guy - and that didn't work out well for her ... now she's living over here and if things don't work out with Travis long term she'll have missed a great opportunity to have a nest-egg/security blanket of $45,000 with little or no effort
if they are both on the eviction couch in the same week it will probably be Aisha rather than Travis that gets evicted ...
if Travis wins this thing I don't know what I'll do - but it sure as heck won't be pretty!!!

This generation doesnt think like some of us Oldies, with years of experience, both good and bad, under our belts. I just know that at some time in the future, both Travis and Aisha (I dont think they will be a couple) will be in situations, where they each reflect back on what a stupid decision it was to NOT take the $50,000. Its easy to have 20/20 hindsight in old age. Now the clown will probably prove me wrong now and win it, but I wouldnt put money on it.

I think you were right on the money pawlini, about Travis being cocky. Theres a big difference between being cocky and being popular. I didnt sense any bad feelings in tonights audience towards Cat and Lawson either, so perhaps what they are doing, is also the norm, in todays love em and leave em society. I must say that I thought it was a MAJOR shock, that Jason was the one that got evicted. Only 85 pages to go, what page are you on Willoughby? I dont want to keep pissing you off, by skipping your pages :-).
 
I think Aisha is going to regret not having that money as soon as she leaves the house, and for a long time afterwards. How long will it take her to save up $25,000 out of the house.

She's never had more than $3000 in her bank account, so with $20,000 up already she's already really happy with that.

To be honest it's unfair on the winner for some randoms to get given the choice to take a portion of their prize money... Or am I wrong in thinking this.

Yes, but unfortunately it must have been at deaths door, when she came into the house, because it died a few days later. Her parents wanted the news withheld from her, until she had established herself.

One question; Why did they tell her now then, because I personally dont think she has and wont establish herself? That being said, pets are most definitely part of the family, so having lost a few over the years, I know how she feels.
 
I didn't record it tonight so can't go back and check. But people on FB are saying that they were discussing when Jason left because Aisha and Travis didn't realise that if they'd taken the $ the HMs would've been safe. That's apparently what Priya meant when she said "no, they told us". Is that right?

If so I'm going to piss myself lol
