Episode Day 44 (10th Sep 13) Nominations

I think drew and tully weren't given any nomination points because drew was in the diary room and hm's would be worried he had the power to listen to their nom's.
 
I was dragged away to the phone and I missed who Drew gave his points to... and the BB site doesn't say.
I can't find it in the forum either.

Not sure I agree with this. I think Tim has spent time cultivating the "misfits".

God I'm glad Tim is in the show or I'd switch it off. Lets hope Tim is thrown in on Thursday to get the fake eviction

Tim's nominations were funny..it's like watching a really tall and curly 5 year old. He is fast becoming one of my favourites (oh god don't tell my teenagers about this!!!) along with Jade (the girl is having a bad trot...time for the sympathy vote peeps).

BB might like the idea of Tim thrown in but they have plans for Ben I figure and want him for the fake eviction. but the show without Tim I would be watching something else.

- sonia: it's so easy to fast forward you on nominations night. stop taking up air time and let us see more HM footage

- heidi: bitchy bitch is bitchy. tim was right, it was gutless to take cheap shots in your video. this is why you weren't saved by australia, because you look like that even when you're not thinking about it

- tim: watching him play both sides is masterful. he's not dishonest or deceptive, he's actually quite open and friendly with everyone.

- drew: you're a two-faced scumbag shacking up with an alien parasite and now back-stabbing your only true friend in the house. you're not playing the game, you're just being an arse.

- tully: maybe this will be a week of invisible edits for you. we can hope.

- matt: you got lucky the other alliance didn't share the memo to spread votes beyond ed and tahan

- ed: tim was right, all abs, no guts. and stupid too. do you really think australia is going to save you when you put up the girl you use for casual cuddles, knowing how she feels about you? i hope you don't get saved thursday. seeya!

- tahan: i wanted to like you. i had you near the top early. the more i see of you, the less i like. you are self-absobed, self-entitled, and just plain nasty. just like heidi you think you should be popular because you're popular. but you offer nothing but nasty. - sisters: your nominations were hilarious. this whole completing each other's thoughts thing is funny, but your complete lack of gumption or guile or strategy is somehow endearing. if the rest of them tear each other apart, you might jus sail through Stephen Bradbury style and win the whole thing (it's a long-shot, but so was Bradbury!)

- mikkayla: help us miki-wan, you're our only hope! if she doesn't win the fake eviction, and give us another "cat" moment, the whole thing will be wasted. Sure, Tim or Jade or even Ben could be interesting in the role, but none of them will give walking back into the main house the jaw-dropping moment it will deserve.

- ben: i still think he's faking, but somehow he's emerged in my top 5. it's a low bar to pass, to be sure, but there's something genuinely nice inside that over the top naive parasitic manchild act he's got going on.

- mr clooney: where's the clooney highlights!? more dog, less bitches, you know what i'm sayin'?

Re: Tim. That's why I like him so much. He's not nasty, or a backstabber, he plays clean. And damn does he do a good job of it.
 
Had a work function on tonight so only caught up with both shows and all threads. Wow what a night.

Tahan is truly a mean girl.
Love Mikkayla more than ever and think she deliberately set-up Dobber Drew.
Don't know why but I actually felt sorry for Ben after Heidi's cheap shots.
Drew is pathetic for all the reasons everyone gave but then Ed comes along and shows us all what pathetic really is.
Most saves for Mikk if stays up as!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't see anyone else playing it well.

Saving Jade and Mikk this week if both stay up. Tahan and Ed can go. Sisters and Ben - indifferent.

how do you read my mind so well and then express better than I ever could. spot on on each and every point. why can't everyone else see this???

Are we being jipped? BB producers wanted this. They know Ben is popular so him being part of the fake eviction gets dramatic reaction in the house when they think he's gone and he get more air time to talk to his photos etc.The producers know he's popular and will use it.
Ed polled poorly when he was up against Caleb and the others so he isn't as popular as the housemates think he is. He is also fairly poor in showdowns and easy to set up a game which would require him to think and we know he can't do that.
The weird set up appears rigged, Mikki calls Ben part of the misfits yet she noms him. Was she told to do that? And all the negative edits Tully and Drew got and not a single point for them and no chance to send either of them packing. Drew is being seen for the turn coat he is. I feel that we are being taken for a ride here and the producers are trying to set up how the want they want. So people save the others like Jade and Mikkayla so that they don't get what they want
Ben is unpredictable nominator and so playing the house and us for fools

Have to say that I don't believe the noms are fake or being orchestrated by BB but I understand what you mean. The HMs are not nominating based on what we are being shown. So to me the manipulation is in how they edit the show. Why would Mikkayla nominate Ben and not Tahan or Tully? It doesn't match what we see on the show. I'm sure she has her reasons but it's not consistent with the storyline we see. Ed and Matt didn't vote Tully or Drew and yet we are shown many instances of how fed up they are.
