I've watched enough BB over the years to know that the answer would definitely be YES.

They're grown adults. We know the conversations happen constantly as per evictee interviews and lots of mature conversations (smutty or not) will always be present in any Big Brother household. I'm also talking in general (all BB seasons without an adult show, i.e BB07-BB10) not just this year.
