If I remember correctly, at one point they swapped one housemate from the SouthAfrican version with a housmate from the UK version for a week.

I thought that was only because Brian knew our series - he fanboyed over Aleisha I think, and said he'd been watching the Australian house (which started April 22) before he entered the UK house (around mid June). He kept asking about events in the house and if certain HMs were still there.
