I didn't realise that, I thought the nominations were tonight. Thank youNoms happened this morning, they only get revealed live. All that stuff happened way after noms

YepSome will see it how they want. I appreciate some BBAU game players. But I don’t appreciate what he has brought to the series, nor the exposure he confidently expects (and will inevitably still receive) from after being on it. He needs the chip off his shoulder knocked off and a reality check.
Yeah just 30 minutes ago on the live stream Vinnie was quite clear that he wants a media career. He said he didn't care if it was "music, acting or singing" and then went on to say he'd love to host a TV show. He's on BB simply for that.He hasn’t hidden that fact at all. He also went in, like Conor, with a bit of a preconceived expectation and ego about how the public will view him
Only for that. He's on the show simply for that.
Oh well, he wouldn't be the first.Yeah just 30 minutes ago on the live stream Vinnie was quite clear that he wants a media career. He said he didn't care if it was "music, acting or singing" and then went on to say he'd love to host a TV show. He's on BB simply for that.
They try to fake it for the show. A short time before the live show starts, they tell the HMs to change back into the clothes they were wearing in the morning when they did the noms. So when they cross live it looks like it all just happened (well, apart from being able to teleport from the sofas to the DR and back).I didn't realise that, I thought the nominations were tonight.
It makes sense for continuity purposes but I would assume the majority of the public realises the actual nominations are not live as they could not be shown that way with cuts from housemate to housemate in the diary room. They try to fake it for the show. Yeah I get the continuity aspect, but they literally still promote it as live nominations. The intention is very clear. That said I am relieved it's not actually live. Those old live shows were so tedious. It makes sense for continuity purposes but I would assume the majority of the public realises the actual nominations are not live as they could not be shown that way with cuts from housemate to housemate in the diary room.
Yeah, it also dumbs down the audience. They’ve done pre-recorded nominations with a live nominee announcement in past seasons, and it’s never been an issue nor did they try to pretend. By attempting to hide it like this just treats the audience like children who can’t comprehend how things work, rather than just being transparent and upfront about it like they used to.It makes sense for continuity purposes but I would assume the majority of the public realises the actual nominations are not live as they could not be shown that way with cuts from housemate to housemate in the diary room.
Yeah I've stopped caring for my own wellbeing lol. This is probably the first year ever in Australian BB history in which I couldn't care less
Which is why mum said to me last night how she is fine with six people being at the finale because once peoples favorites get evicted they stop watching.Well at least I can sit back now every eviction and not have to worry bout my fave going home.
What makes you say that? Producers have clearly been showing his tics, and his dialogue about wanting to start a disability cafe, on daily shows.Conor will not get the Tourette's awareness he's trying to build. It's a noble cause but production and Channel 10 are not interested at all.
This is the other thing that intrigues me. He went in a very clear reason too - respectable and I appreciate it - but the show has completely sidelined it since the start. It's certainly not the big deal he, nor the HMs, believe it is, and hasn't received the attention on the show he probably thinks it has.Conor will not get the Tourette's awareness he's trying to build. Not to the same extent that he has on the live stream. The majority of his advocacy hasn't been aired on the show at all. What makes you say that? Producers have clearly been showing his tics, and his dialogue about wanting to start a disability cafe, on daily shows.
