Seeing him getting upset showed he's a decent human being. Nothing wrong with getting emotional.
It's made me look at him in a totally different light. My initial thoughts when he first went in was what a wanker. See how quick we all are to judge!

Well actually yes, in most previous seasons BB might get them to do a few things but the first week they never do shopping everything gets provided they just get to know eachother. It's what makes good viewing! Still bring Jane in a day later, but just let her go in normally not having to hide in a vent.

Just let them BE for the first week, let them get to know eachother provide them with alcohol let them get loose a bit and socialise.

The only thing I’d say about having a task in the first week is that it was part of being hamstrung by the short season. There was always going to be the ‘rushed’ nature of it due to the earlier nominations and evictions.

In the UK's Teen Big Brother, a task involved Big Brother giving the teens boiler suits and underwear. Why hasn't Big Brother done that here, at least until they earn their clothes back?

Literally this. Also reformat the show a bit, don't try and turn a special into a daily show with an "added extra" at the end and showing Mel for about 20 minutes in total.

Also, don't use Jane hiding in a vent as a cliff hanger, don't have cliff hangers at all. Produce the show properly, and you won't have to wrap things up as shit like that.

Yeah that was a strange hybrid of a regular daily show and a live show, that came across as very disjointed. And then they sent Jane in and ended the show with no payoff. Just bizarre. Fucking just send her in and surprise the HMs, let them meet and greet her without the childish hide and seek nonsense. Fuck. Me. Whoever the EP is, you're doing a terrible job.

Just watching last night’s catch up. I don’t think it’s as bad as the comments have been. Sure, the dramatic music is a bit much and also the task would’ve been better suited to a “get to know you” type task so we could all get to know everyone a bit more, but not all bad. I saw the first episode today, and I'm glad they didn't geoblock it in the United States. They have geoblocked the original Ten series, except for glitched out episodes.

I came in with a lot of goodwill and I'm willing to be patient for them to find it right, but the average Australian won't.

Everyone have a look at a daily mail article about Leon Murray and the reason he was axed. Apparently the cost and wanting to promote himself as BB.
10 wanted someone less known and not to promote themselves. I'm actually happy 10 didn't let Leon get his way. I'm glad they said no to promoting himself, we want a bb that's unknown

Leon has more talent than the other DBBs (this may be a topic for another thread, though).
