Episode Day 19 Daily Show - 27/11/2025

Episode started out alright but I switched off before it finished, can't stand having the Holly & Colin stuff. I thought the task was great and definitely got things interesting for a moment there!

I was furious by the end of the ep. I was glued to the livestream last night and the daily show was SO tightly edited around Holly and Colin, the rest of the housemates might as well not even exist.

Not to mention that excellent conversation in the bedroom with Bruce, Coco and the girls before bedtime there were some real moments there.

Fkrs. 😡

Must be a twist - I’m presuming they’re gonna offer money for someone to “walkout”.
Well we can safely assume the same "creative minds" from the 2020 season are working on the show still.

If I remember correctly... at the time we were all labelling Keiran the producer's favourite. He was also the first person to enter the house. Funny the parallels between 2020 and 2025, huh.

It’s certainly a choice airing Conor’s ‘gay’ tics. I just seems so unnecessary
They are dammed if they do and dammed if they don't.

If they air them then they risk complaints from the queer community about Ten going out of that way to broadcast a phrase which they find offensive.

If they don't air them then they risk complaints from the disability community about Ten concealing the reality of living with a condition like Tourette's.

It’s funny because my mum is buying into this whole Colin narrative and makes comments like “he’s just a sweet young guy”, “poor thing” which I’m sure is exactly what the producers want.

I’m starting to think CoCo could be playing the game. Controversial, I also think sometimes Em plays up to the cameras/ this quirky character.

I’m very against housemates revealing what they’d do with the prize money, I swear this used to be a big no-no. Shocked producers even aired this. This could be too influential to the public and housemates nominations.

I think Mia would’ve taken out the crown if she wasn’t evicted unfairly last week. She was gaining heaps of support and really starting to come out of her shell.

I agree, but may I say Coco is a complete immature in certain aspects when Bruce distances himself she reels him back in. Also she seems to be mindful of her actions with respect to what her children will see while she is in the house which is admirable, but she is hypocritical by saying that she disliked how Holly Bruce & Ed, were speaking of others behind their backs while they were doing the trial, and yet she goes around speaking so badly of Holly!!! Coco, is just as whiny as the rest of them. Also Allana and Abiola and Coco speaking to and directing Bruce to see a therapist, is crap advice, Bruce is very sweet, just out of his comfort zone, he will settle down, people outside need to give him a chance! Allana is one to watch she is horribly dominating, influencing, strategic and elitist. She wont win, but she nit pick the others one at a time.
Bruce has massive anger issue. He absolutely needs a therapist.

Well that was certainly one of the episodes of all time...... I'm told the women paying out Bruce and then trying to help him understand how his behaviour was wrong and scary to women in particular was quite interesting on the livestream...but of course it all gets cut for mr and mrs brevington. Sums up what's been missing from the majority of the episodes this season.

Remember 2014 when they offered Travis like 50K to leave to save.....Jason? That was so odd, like the majority of the housemates that year he was not nearly interesting enough to bother with.

Unfortunately I think both will be in the final or close to it. With them not announcing a double for this Sunday, pretty sure Bruce is going.
It's so ridiculous that they aren't having a double just because Connor, Holly and Vinnie are all up when there's one week left and 10 people in that house. It's a complete joke TBH. More rigged than a russian election. I guarantee it would have been a double if Alanna hadn't used her power.

I liked how Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday showed us the beginning, middle, and end of the Grand BB Hotel weekly shopping task respectively.

That's the thing that I miss a lot from the UK version - multiple-day shopping tasks.

While there are some people who aren't a fan of it, but it is true Big Brother with this way. You don't need like a task every day, but a task that spans across multiple days.

Holly and Colin are the least interesting of the housemates still in there, but of course the daily shows are edited in such a way to just focus on their fake relationship.

Can we please have more storylines apart from couples.
The problem being that the relationships are the central emotive theme inside the house. It’s the topic that is most recurrently brought out by housemates, brings out emotions, creates disturbances etc.
While it’s there, it is going to get a lot of the edit, as there is a lot to unpack.
Yeah I reckon. She’s the one who called a house meeting for saying something unkind about Emily but the way she talked about Holly and her lifestyle was horrible. A bit hypocritical.
I feel the same way, Coco (second most popular housemate according to our popularity tracker), gets away with some nasty stuff too. That was an uncalled for roast of Holly’s lifestyle.

Then she complains about Bruce losing it, cuts their relationship short, yet she clearly loses it herself.
I said this yesterday but if this was 2001-2008, and that was the task, they still would've failed. The guests took it too far, as did the staff, and their unification, working together and dynamic as HMs as a whole was completely compromised.

They should not have passed. At all.

Too soft.
I get that and I feel like, had there been 6 weeks left, this would have been appropriate. But this is the penultimate week afaik, and soon will be wrapping things up. It’s better for us as a viewer seeing how they patch things up while we have a chance for housemate footage than watch them get dragged to the ground.

Next week will be all about their time in the house and appealing to us to vote for them as winner. (1 vote only probably).
God this conversation is making me hate Holly more... He wasn't yelling, like at all.
You do have women around you in your life yeh? Yep. 🤐

The edit would have really helped if the nastiness and bitching that was non-stop on the live stream made the daily show edits.
not enough time. i actually thoroughly enjoyed this last episode. I saw a lot of footage that didn’t make the cut but thankfully we have the livestream and the fan diary to record all of that. I love that about this year and appreciate all of you recording & watching it and passing on information.

OK, I'm coming in late here. I watched the episode late last night. I haven't read much of this thread so I apologise if I am repeating anyone else's comments ...

  • They passed the task. I don't necessarily disagree with that considering the task was all about the secret mission to be "guests from hell" which they did very much succeed. That said, I think they should have won only half of the luxury shopping budget ($250 instead of $500) as punishment for the staff going rogue and eating food and drinking etc.

  • I did see a lot of hypocracy when Coco went crazy over the coconut water. I mean, she complained about being staff, didn't want to do the job, etc etc ... and then gets a luxury that she loves at the end and goes all happy-jumping-up-and-down crazy about it. Hypocracy girl, hypocracy. To be fair though, I didn't think she complained as much as Ed and Bruce.

  • I normally can forgive a little bit of showmance stuff. Key words "little bit". But the Holly and Colin crap taking over the last half of this episode had even me wanting to vomit. I mean, seriously, surely there must have been some better stuff to show us. What we saw could have been cut right down in to a smaller package. And, for hecks sake, what the damn hell does Holly see in that guy?! To tell him we'll see how this goes on the outside, and it may last for two years or longer ... or not ... is, well, I dunno ... what does she see in him!? I'll never understand "love". Never. (Is that even the right word to use here?)
