BB appears to have woken staff. The feed is muted during this time, but all four are preparing for the day.

In the night, at least Alana and Emily went to shower early. They discussed doing this yesterday to make it easier for staff to shower later.

8:53 AM - BB reminds Ed and Bruce they can start prepping but not start cooking. They ask if this means they can start cutting food. BB repeats "you can start prepping, not cooking" then says "so, yes". Bruce and Ed laugh at BB's "sassiness" and say its like a teacher telling you to read the question again. Staff are talking about having 'a real sleep' last night. seems like maybe their lights were off

9:21AM - Guests woken up by staff members. Staff members say they will start their day with a guided meditation, before that happens, Conor asks if they can single their "rise and shine" jingle.

9:25 am bruce ed and holly are making themselves coffee from the guest's coffee machine. Ed says something like he needs it to perform at his best today. coco refuses one

9:40 am: The audio cuts out while Big Brother says something to the housemates, and then Ed starts walking back the compulsoriness of the ice bath.

9:42AM - Guests in the Grand BB hotel are now starting their ice baths

9.48 am - staff prepare for their turn in the ice baths
9.51 am- vinnie is called to the diary room for a big bucket of ice to refresh the ice baths before the staff get in. conor is still in his bath

9:48 am: It appears that Big Brother said that the staff need to also have ice baths, and Ed is not happy. He says "This is not for me, my willy's not big on a good day". Audio cuts out.

9:50 am: meanwhile, Conor is just living his best life in the ice bath as Vinny adds more ice. Conor looks very relaxed.

9:52 am: coco holly and bruce are comfy in their ice baths. ed is struggling to submerge himself and annoyed at colin who seems to be trying to get more ice water on his shoulders

9:57 am: guests are sitting down for breakfast discussing the effects of the ice baths and what they will order. vinnie is donging a tibetan singing bowl into the reception microphone and talking in a silly voice to bruce (?)
